Color banding.....

Thank you for sharing your experience with Samsung’s Q7FB. If your TV is displaying picture abnormalities on the screen, we recommend the following steps to help isolate the issue:
1. Check all input cable connections for any external devices (e.g., HDMI, streaming boxes, Blu-ray players)
2. Switch channels or inputs to see if the issue appears across all sources
3. Run a Picture Test to check for panel-related issues: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
4. Perform a cold boot by holding the power button on your remote for about 10 seconds
5. Ensure your TV has the latest software installed: Settings > Support > Software Update
If the issue continues after these steps, the TV may require service. For further assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat and additional support resources are also available through the Support link on our website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clean edges on the big screen. I love how you can add photos of family to be displayed when the TV is off.. I love the brightness of color and the darkness of the black space which makes the pictures almost look like 3-D display. I look forward to watching my favorite movies over again just like they looked in the movies theater.

Nice upgrade compared to previous TV

Surprisingly better than I was expecting..

And other than loosing the remote every 5 minutes (it's so small), haven't really had any negatives that come to mind, now that I'm thinking about it.. it's been great. I haven't even fully used every feature. I've connected 2 different pc's. A laptop, a DVD player all worked fine. I've used a few apps, YouTube, Amazon prime etc. Works fine.. in all reality, tv has been perfect come to think of it... I suppose I only really notice problems, and there hasn't been any.. now, I've got my complaints w the company over other devices and whatnot. Buy that's not for here. I have several samsung devices. I used to like to connect em seamlessly. But don't really need that function anymore. Only thing I haven't tried w this tv is connecting any sort of storage device like a hard drive or usb stick.. but sure it would work fine.
I've watched nfl over the air w antenna. And compared to my previous un55ks8500 curved tv, night and day difference all around. Brighter, more contrast, no noticeable motion blur. And it uses less than half the power to run. It..
