Didn't realize new phones required a type of login/registration in order to use. In this case it required signing up and getting an account with Samsung in order for the cellphone to function. I found this ridiculous, just another case of greed and companys wanting our information so they can sell it and or use it to drain more money from us.

Thank you for reaching out to us about your experience with the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE. We completely understand your frustration regarding the setup process.
It is incredibly frustrating to feel like you have to jump through extra hoops just to use a new device. Many modern smartphones do require manufacturer account registration during the initial setup to enable core features like security backups and app store access. However, we know how valuable your privacy and time are to you. Your feedback about these requirements is very important.
We want the activation process to be as straightforward and transparent as possible for all our customers. We will share your thoughts with our product team to help improve future upgrade experiences.
I personally dont like this phone. Among just overall general annoyance as to how this thing functions, the action required to screenshot has to be the alltime worst.
