Poor quality despite "upgrading" phone

This phone doesn't have the storage capacity of my old phone, so I had to go back to using my laptop for work and I am having issues with phone calls having "dead spots" while I am in the middle of conversations that I never experienced with my previous phones. I truly wish I had kept my old phone.

Battery died fast even though I charge it how it specifies and I'm not always on my phone but it's always between 15-27% and I only have a handful of apps....
