Great dishwasher - poor install

Great dishwasher, however it was not installed correctly. When we open both drawers, the dishwasher tips forward out of the cabinet.

Works as expected: roomy, easy to use, and the app makes remote control and monitoring very convenient. However, the machine doesn’t dry dishes as well as a Bosch. It would also be nice to have a stainless steel interior option.

Very awkward to load. Drying cycle does NOT dry, still have to towel off the dishes.

We'd like to offer some tips for loading your dishwasher and help with the drying performance. For getting better drying performance, we first recommend checking to make sure your inlet water temperature is reaching 120°F at minimum. We also recommend using a dedicated rinse aid, this prevents spots on glasses and promotes drying by causing water to sheet off of dishware and glassware. Well, after having my double drawer dishwasher for a few months I can now give an honest review. Its garbage. Nothing fits right in it. Everything constantly falls over or flips. Then doesnt get cleaned properly. The silverware basket doesnt fit snugly and tips as well. There is a shelf for cups and they always come out dirty still. The only positive thing about this piece of trash is that its quiet

We'd like to assist with your dishwasher's cleaning performance. It's extremely important that the water temperature is correct to ensure the best cleaning performance. The entering water should be at least 120°F (49°C) and not more than 150°F (66°C) for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. If this doesn't prove helpful, you'll want to make sure your dishwasher is being properly loaded. Additionally, you'll want to only use high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. Poor performing detergents will not provide the best cleaning results.

Good, not great.

I’ve had this unit for just over a month. Overall I am satisfied, it is very convenient because of the 2 drawer system, it looks super sharp, I like using the app.
I’m not in love with the tablet detergent, sometimes it leaves residue. I’ve also noticed that my dinnerware - which is actually stoneware, doesn’t clean like the other items in the same wash. So i need to make sure they are ‘semi-cleaned’ really well before putting in the dishwasher. Very odd issue - maybe its the finish of stoneware.

So QUIET, lots of space

I lovvvve this dishwasher, I am so happy with it! Being able to run the drawers separately is a dream. There is so much space and options in both drawers. Squeaky clean dishes, and so quiet. Could not be happier with this choice.

I like my double drawer dishwasher because it adds a modern look to my kitchen. Not sure I need WiFi for a dishwasher, so I haven’t connected that feature. Also still trying to figure out how to run loads in upper and lower drawers at the same time!

We love this double drawer dishwasher! One of our favorite features is that this model allows you to run both drawers separately or together. To run both dishwashers together, you'll need to first load the drawers, pull open the first drawer, and select the cycle. Then after starting the cycle for the first drawer, you'll pull out the second drawer and follow the same steps.
You'll be able to utilize your dishwasher's smart features by connecting it to Wi-Fi and downloading our SmartHQ app to your smartphone. With the SmartHQ app, you can monitor your dishwasher's cycle time/status, receive a notification when the cycle is complete, and lock/unlock controls.
