Poor purchase!

I am so unhappy with this appliance. The separate drawers are so poorly designed that the holding capacity is extremely small. The actual prongs to hold my plates are so small that my dishes hardly fit. Dishes do not come out clean and the time to complete cycles is excessive. I would return it if I could!

Please note that it is normal for many dishwashers to run for up to two hours or longer, depending on the selected cycle and options. Cycles such as Potscrubber, Heavy Wash, Pots and Pans, or AutoSense typically run longer. Options like Wash Temp Boost or Heated Dry Boost can also extend the total cycle time.
If your dishes are not coming out clean, please ensure that items are loaded properly and are not blocking the spray arms. Confirm that the spray arms are correctly installed and able to rotate freely. Using a high-quality detergent, such as Cascade Platinum, ActionPacs, or Finish Quantum, can also improve cleaning performance.

The dishwasher is nicely made, the drawers are easy to fill and empty. The app is nice to start your wash cycle remotely and know when it finishes.

Additionally, check that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Very modern

I like my double drawer dishwasher because it adds a modern look to my kitchen. Not sure I need WiFi for a dishwasher, so I haven’t connected that feature. Also still trying to figure out how to run loads in upper and lower drawers at the same time!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love this double drawer dishwasher! One of our favorite features is that this model allows you to run both drawers separately or together. To run both dishwashers together, you'll need to first load the drawers, pull open the first drawer, and select the cycle. Then after starting the cycle for the first drawer, you'll pull out the second drawer and follow the same steps.
You'll be able to utilize your dishwasher's smart features by connecting it to Wi-Fi and downloading our SmartHQ app to your smartphone. With the SmartHQ app, you can monitor your dishwasher's cycle time/status, receive a notification when the cycle is complete, and lock/unlock controls.

So QUIET, lots of space

I lovvvve this dishwasher, I am so happy with it! Being able to run the drawers separately is a dream. There is so much space and options in both drawers. Squeaky clean dishes, and so quiet. Could not be happier with this choice.

I’ve had this unit for just over a month. Overall I am satisfied, it is very convenient because of the 2 drawer system, it looks super sharp, I like using the app.
I’m not in love with the tablet detergent, sometimes it leaves residue. I’ve also noticed that my dinnerware - which is actually stoneware, doesn’t clean like the other items in the same wash. So i need to make sure they are ‘semi-cleaned’ really well before putting in the dishwasher. Very odd issue - maybe its the finish of stoneware.

Well, after having my double drawer dishwasher for a few months I can now give an honest review. Its garbage. Nothing fits right in it. Everything constantly falls over or flips. Then doesnt get cleaned properly. The silverware basket doesnt fit snugly and tips as well. There is a shelf for cups and they always come out dirty still. The only positive thing about this piece of trash is that its quiet

We'd like to assist with your dishwasher's cleaning performance. It's extremely important that the water temperature is correct to ensure the best cleaning performance. The entering water should be at least 120°F (49°C) and not more than 150°F (66°C) for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. If this doesn't prove helpful, you'll want to make sure your dishwasher is being properly loaded.
