Only complaint is WiFi module doesn't work,

Really convenient to have two dish washer drawers in one machine. The WiFi module doesn't work quite right, it automatically connect to my WiFi while the SmartHQ app doesn't show and I cannot reset the WiFi module. Apart from that, it's a great product
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 2 drawer dishwasher. So far I've only used the top drawer (there are two of us generally speaking). I am short and old so bending over is getting tough. I don't have to bend for this! It's freeing! I use powder Cascade .. about a teaspoon and my dishes ... Fiesta Ware ... haven't looked this good since I first had my Kitchen Aide which I LOVED but my husband replaced it with a Bosch which, no matter what I did, left my dishes looking and feeling crappy.

Love this new style of dishwasher!

I can save time, energy and water by running one (or both) drawers each night and not wait for a full load in a regular dishwasher over multiple days. Our habit has become to load the top drawer, keeping the dirty dishes out of the sink, and having that load clean in the morning. We then use the bottom drawer for extra items or the next load. Sometimes I unload directly from the top drawer to the dinner table, saving an extra step! This dishwasher is super quiet, washes and dries well, and fits all my odd serving items. Since it's connected on SmartHQ, I can get notifications about its status and important alerts. Finally, it looks great in my kitchen, so I regularly get inquiries and compliments about it.

Very Nice Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our Profile Double Drawer! When needed, we can just use one drawer for fewer number of dishes. And of course, both drawers when a full load is required. The wash and dry performance are exceptional, and the unit is very quiet. We also connected to the SmartHQ home app, which provides notifications when the cycles are finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a two drawer dishwasher from kitchen aid for 20 years and had to get another one when that one quit. Easy to load and run. Always nice to be able to fill one up and while it is running start loading the second drawer

Don’t buy this

I hate this. The controls are confusing and unnecessarily complicated. The dishes often do not get clean. Frequently, the cycle fails to complete, leaving dirty dishes that mistakenly get put away. This clearly was designed to look good on the showroom. I regret buying it.

We'd like to help out with the cleaning performance you are noticing and with the cycle not finishing. The first thing we recommend checking is the water pressure and inlet water temperature. This can greatly improve the overall cleaning performance. The pressure needs to be 20 to 120 PSI and the temperature needs to reach 120°F. For optimal wash performance, we recommend using high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. For the cycles stopping mid cycle, we suggest trying out an electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in.
