Pretty happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the separate drawers, how quiet it runs, and how well it cleans.. I don’t like how the clean light disappears so fast, I wish it would stay on until the drawer is opened. It feels like it has a little less space than a typical dishwasher, but overall we’re happy.

We also really love the double drawer design, it really adds versatility when loading dishes into the unit. Another amazing feature is the StemSafe™ design within the shelving. This adds the ability to wash a variety of drinkware with four adjustable shelves per drawer. This adds safety when washing wine glasses, mugs, tall tumblers or glasses.

love the drawers

Convenient for a smaller household

Too many problems to be worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of this dishwasher, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The sides have little shelves for glasses or small bowls, but if there’s anything below them in the main area of the drawer, these won’t get clean. It’s not very powerful and the water won’t get pushed up in between the lower items to the ones on the side shelves. In addition, there’s a tiny flap that regulates the water going out of and into the unit, and if a small piece of food gets stuck, the flap remains open and water goes back into the dishwasher. That means you open the dishwasher to a mini swimming pool. It only does a fair job of drying dishes. We also are unable to have a floor mat in front of it like we used to for standing and prepping meals because the lower drawer won’t open with anything in front of it. It has zero clearance.
I didn’t factor this into my rating because it’s not specific to this unit but wish I had realized how much space you lose with two drawers instead of one traditional dishwasher, and that you use double the dishwashing pods. The only positive of it is the convenience of standing to open the top drawer to load something instead having to bend down and pull out a lower rack.

For the best performance from this dishwasher, we recommend closely following the loading guidelines starting on page 15 of the Use and Care Manual here: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--0wzR4bq_--/4e4939a9882fa60d4880d787344a73294b47d3b8.pdf. We do recommend ensuring there are no pieces of food on dishes prior to being loaded into the dishwasher, as this could clog the filter or damage other parts of the dishwasher. Additional troubleshooting tips can be found in the Use and Care Manual starting on page 24. Love it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One month in, and so far, so good! Love being able to run the drawers together or separately whenever it makes sense for our family. Only real criticism is that cups placed in the corners of the drawers don't always get all the way clean, but that's a small price when the rest works so well!

The future of dishwashers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher feels like a much better use of space than the traditional dishwasher design. I love to not have to bend over as far for the main load of the dishwasher. It is wonderful to have the flexibility to use the lower drawer as a completely separate dishwasher or to simply store other items for occasional use such as strainers and other items. This should really be the new standard for dishwasher configuration. My only criticism is that water tends to pool around the inner lip edge of the top drawer when you pull it out. It stays in the dishwasher of course but i always feel compelled to wipe it off before I start unloading. Maybe it could be slightly slanted downwards to allow for natural draining.
