[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was such an upgrade from our previous one. I love the double drawers and the ability to run separately. It is very quiet and does a good job cleaning/drying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still getting used to giving two dishwashers in one, loading is different but so far I like it. Cleans very well. I have noticed the lower unit is louder than the upper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is a great dishwasher. The only complaint is that it’s a little difficult to figure out with the small digital touchscreen. It could be laid out a little better. However, once you synch to WiFi and use the app, it’s much easier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the 2 drawers allowing us to run smaller loads. The dishwasher is so quiet, we don't even know it is running. The style is very modern and goes well with our new home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A pain in the butt to load. Will not buy another double drawer system again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to provide some information on properly loading your dishwasher. A neatly arranged load with evenly spaced dishes helps to ensure the best wash performance. If plates and cutlery are nesting, they are less likely to be cleaned well. You can find additional information on loading your dishwasher on pages 15-19 of the owner's manual, found here: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--0wzR4bq_--/4e4939a9882fa60d4880d787344a73294b47d3b8.pdf.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher as a replacement for a builder grade machine that barely worked. The concept is great, but the configuration does pose problems. The racks are set up perfectly for plates and cutlery. However, larger items soon consume space that leaves gaps where nothing else will fit. The machine only uses pods or powder not liquid. Since each drawer is independent you end up using 2 pods for each full load. The dishes MUST be rinsed before loading or the extremely fine filter will clog up quickly.

We'd like to assist with the operation of your dishwasher by providing some helpful loading tips. This unit was designed with flexibility and adjustable racks for versatile loading and accommodates plates up to a max height of 11” for lower drawers or 12 1/4” for upper drawers. To help with wash performance, arrange the dishes so they are evenly spaced and not nesting. Please see pages 15-19 of the Use and Care Manual for more details and directions here: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--0wzR4bq_--/4e4939a9882fa60d4880d787344a73294b47d3b8.pdf
The detergent dispenser of this machine is for powdered detergent only. If using a tablet or gel pouch, you will need to place it in the cutlery basket or at the edge of the base rack. It is recommended to scrape large food particles off and remove any foreign objects from the dishes before loading. Be sure to use high quality detergents such as Cascade Platinum ActionPacs or Finish Quantum Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. For more helpful tips, please refer to page 24 of the Use and Care Manual under the section “Dishes and Flatware Not Clean.”
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flexibility that having two drawers is very nice, being able to run either two different cycles or start a new batch halfway through an existing cycle is helpful. I mostly use the top drawer, so I don't have to bend down as much. This replaced a more traditional unit, and the installation was more involved than a simple drop in, so that's something to be aware of. It runs quiet and is easy to use, I hope it will last a long time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too excited, doesn’t clean dishes, I have to clean it by hand and then put it in the dishwasher and it always comes out dirty. I tried to use the powder dishwashing and tablet and also it keeps saying clean filter and I Keep cleaning it. I’m not too impressed about this double drawer dishwasher

We'd like to assist with your dishwasher's cleaning performance. It's extremely important that the water temperature is correct to ensure the best cleaning results. The entering water should be at least 120°F for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. You can find some additional tips to improve your dishwasher's cleaning performance in the section titled "Dishes and flatware not clean" on pg. 24 of the owner's manual here: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--0wzR4bq_--/4e4939a9882fa60d4880d787344a73294b47d3b8.pdf.
