Missing track piece

The red loop track had one part missing and was doubled up on another red track part.
Not sure from looking on instructions, who to contact for missing parts.

The launcher is too weak to send the cars through the 360 loop. Looks cool though.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. The launcher was a little hard to use for my son and the flag was missing. He really likes Mario and liked the set, but didn't play with it as much.

Horrible product- do NOT buy!

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Mattel should be ashamed to sell this product for what the price it goes for. It does NOT work at all, the car will not launch all the way around the loop or if you hit it too hard, it crashes. It’s so cheaply made, none of it works as it should. My 3 yr old was so excited to get it for Christmas but we are throwing it away bc he’s so frustrated that it doesn’t work. Do NOT spend any money on this!!! Horrible product!!
