I bought this for my son for Christmas and it had a missing track piece (f8 and f9). We were given an extra corner piece (f7 and f8)but they didn't snap together properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible. As other review says the launcher is nowhere near powerful enough to send vehicles around the loop and if you do hit it as hard as you can the vehicles just fly off the track. Massive disappointment on Christmas Day.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Mattel should be ashamed to sell this product for what the price it goes for. It does NOT work at all, the car will not launch all the way around the loop or if you hit it too hard, it crashes. It’s so cheaply made, none of it works as it should. My 3 yr old was so excited to get it for Christmas but we are throwing it away bc he’s so frustrated that it doesn’t work. Do NOT spend any money on this!!! Horrible product!!

Bought this as a Christmas gift. The launcher was a little hard to use for my son and the flag was missing. He really likes Mario and liked the set, but didn't play with it as much.

The red loop track had one part missing and was doubled up on another red track part.
Not sure from looking on instructions, who to contact for missing parts.

Poor design features

Awful product.
It doesn’t work properly. Launcher and loop through castle need to be redesigned. Cars either don’t make it up through the loop or go flying off the track.

Awful launcher designs

This track set looks great out of the box and has a lot of visual appeal, but unfortunately the functionality completely falls apart in actual use. The launcher is extremely weak and poorly designed so much so that it barely works even when an adult applies full strength. Cars consistently fail to make it through the loop or even gain enough speed to stay on the track, making the core play feature unusable.
We tried multiple cars, different angles, and repeated adjustments, but nothing improved the performance. For a product clearly marketed toward kids, it’s frustrating that it requires adult force just to attempt a launch and even then it still fails. This leads to constant disappointment and makes playtime more frustrating than fun.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
