Heats well

I am a flight attendant and I purchased this so that I could heat up my food in the comfort of my room, on layovers, and not have to either wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for my food to heat in my Hotlogic or go to the hotel lobby to use the microwave. I have to admit it was nice heating my food up in my PJs with no one looking at me crazy. My only complaint is the heating unit is a bit bulky. If Ninja could figure out how to slim it down I am sure almost every flight attendant would own one. It heats food quickly and thoroughly, no hot on the outside and cold spots in the middle. All in all I love it I just wish it were a little more “portable”.

Nice little gadget

I love the size and portability of this unit. I've used it several times since I've gotten it. Still getting to know it. While the functions are very simple, it's really hard to know without a good bit of experimenting what this little joy is capable of. Air frying is a breeze with things like the frozen pre- prepared onion rings and breaded mushrooms you get from the store. I did chicken thighs and they came out great. Used the "bake" function for a potato casserole I did. Turns out it was a good thing that I had blanched the potatoes first or they would not have cooked all the way before the top got too done. Recrisp is a FABULOUS function for reheating items that get soggy. I wish there were more recipes available specific to this unit. It's so new, I'm sure there will be some added later, but for now it's figure it out as you go.

I would really fall in love with your product if it had the ability to adjust the temperature for each cooking process.

Disappointed – Poor Quality and Performance

I’m really not happy with my Ninja CRISPi. The build quality is disappointing – some parts arrived with small defects, which I did not expect for the price. It’s far too noisy during operation, The unit is also heavier than expected and slow.

I have other air fryer but this is by far my absolute favorite. If it died tomorrow I would buy again without hesitation. I do chicken, wings and tenderloins in mine and I’m sure I could make other recipes as well

Small, mobile, fast, and CRISPI!

I purchased this for a mobile air fryer while at work. We have only cooked fries, chicken thighs with/without skin and bone, and chicken wings. I have since been bringing it home on the weekends to cook chicken wings at the house. This gets all foods much crispier than our ninja Foodi, and we love that air fryer also, but this is our favorite.

Can’t clean all the way

I absolutely love this air fryer but the top grill part doesn’t come apart all the way for a good clean , oil and grime is still on the grill and fan area and there’s no way to get to it , that can’t be healthy. At this point I feel like I have to buy a new one every few months .
