Best wireless headphones I've used. ANC is incredible and coupled with the battery life, this beats all other similarly priced products out of the water.

These are the crispest sounded headphones I’ve ever purchased. Worth every penny. The sound cancelling aspect is a little lacking, but if you’re listening to something then it makes no difference.

I am overly happy with thins purchase. This is the first high end headphones I have splurged on. The sound is amazing and you can hear all sorts of parts to music I have not heard in the past. I recommend these and would buy another pair of these broke. I bought the white headphones and love the look of them as well. It is a very immersive experience.

Close to perfect, but room for improvement

First I will say say that for sound and comfort, this is the best wireless headset I’ve owned, but they are not perfect and have some bugs, preventing me from giving them a full 5 stars.
First the good. The sound is far better than anything I’ve heard, wired out wireless, headphones or earbud. For reference, my music listening is CD quality audio files played on a Samsung Galaxy S21. For TV and movies, I have them connected to my LG OLED C Series.
On the music side, the music is spacious and well controlled across the frequency range. It is also very detailed, regardless of genre (my music tastes have a very wide range). I’ve never heard bass likes this from anything other than a subwoofer I’m my home stereo system. I’ve heard big bass from headsets before, but what makes these so impressive is that the rich deep bass in no way overpowers the rest of the frequency range. The mids and highs remain present and detailed. If anything is lost, it’s in the mid bass. If you like enormous amounts of punch in the mid bass, these are not for you. Speaking of mids, for me and most people I know, they can get harsh on certain vocals or instruments, especially as volume goes up. I’ve put on some of my “harshest” songs and the M4’s make them smooth as silk. The last thing I want to say about sound quality is the separation of every instrument and vocal, leading to incredible detail and being able to hear and appreciate every aspect of the song. Truly impressive.
Regarding comfort, these aren’t the lightest headphones on the market, but for me they are the most comfortable. Definitely better than flagships from Bose and even Sony (own both).
In the middle of good and bad, I’ll include call quality and noise canceling. For phone calls in a quiet environment, M4’s are the best headset I’ve used. I love the comfort call feature ( which you can turn off via the app) which among other things adds a little bit of reverb to the other person’s voice, greatly increasing my ability to understand them. The problem is when you get into a noisy environment, much of that noise is passed on to the person on the other end making it distracting for them and a couple of times making it impossible to hear what I just said. Both the Bose and Sony do an excellent job and nearly eliminating all background noise.
On the noise canceling, the M4’s are both excellent and not so good. The full noise canceling is right up there with the best, but I have several issues here. First, I use headphones primarily in noisy environments, including low frequency engine rumble. While you can adjust the amount of ambient noise, unlike Sony and Bose, once you get to about 50% ambient sound, all noise is let in, including low frequency engine noise. The Bose are especially good at this. With full ambient sound, nearly all low frequency rumble is eliminated, but all the mid and highs still come through very naturally. Another issue I have is that there is toggle in the app to turn on or off “adaptive” noise canceling. In every test I’ve run, there is very little difference with it on or off, except that on always gives it maximum noise canceling. But what really annoys me is that when it is toggled off, the headphones still “adapt” to different noise canceling levels. In the same environment, how I position my head can dramatically change the noise canceling. I know of no other headset that does this and it can sometimes become really annoying. Toggling off adaptive should mean the level I set it at shouldn’t change, but it does.
Now for the bad. Two issues here and one honorable mention. The first is that I had to do a factory reset 6 times in the first 5 days of ownership because the headset went “dead” for lack of a better description. They wouldn’t power on or off, respond to noise canceling adjustments or play any audio. While I haven’t been able to determine the exact cause, I suspect it has something to do with the multi-point Bluetooth technology. A great feature, but in every instance but 1 when I had issues, I had been using them connected to both my phone and my TV. For the past few days, I have been manually toggling my connection source from the app and have not had any failures. Fortunately when this problem has happened, I’ve still been able to connect to the app and select factory reset. Of course then I have to re-pair everything again.
The second bad thing on my list is the touch controls. The taps work great most, but not all of the time. The swipe gestures on the other hand don’t work more often than they do. If I want to skip a song, I will usually have to swipe at least twice before it responds correctly. No touch control works 100% of the time and often it is operator error, but I’m pretty experienced with this and the swipe gestures are just not responding well.
My honorable mention is the battery life. While it is far superior to anything on the market, I’m not getting anything close to 60 hours on a cha...
