Stylish, quiet and with great features!

All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. One of the nicest washing machines I've ever used. The built in AI technology helps take the guess work out of selecting the washing settings for your clothes as it automatically picks the settings based on the types of fabric in the wash! I also like that it is able to handle a large capacity during a single wash, automatically dispenses the appropriate detergent amounts and is so quiet when in use. I've recently started using the ThinQ app to customize washer modes for certain types of fabrics that I wash and may require more care. Overall, I am very happy with the performance of the washer and love the sleek look!

Huge capacity Washing Machine

The best part is it’s got a huge capacity, automatic dispenser, and smart AI features. It’s also super quiet. The only downside is it just has two dispensers for detergent and softener — no spot for bleach.

The moment you see this washing machine, you can't help but say, 'Wow.' If you own appliances from brands like Wolf or Sub-Zero, I believe the LG SIGNATURE line is the only one that truly matches that caliber. I used a family member discount to purchase the dryer, SideKick, and pedestal, and the moment they were installed, I felt like my home’s value jumped by hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I was already using a top-of-the-line LG model before, but this one doesn't just have a more stunning exterior and design—it cleans exceptionally well, too. The capacity is so massive that even large comforters fit with room to spare, which seems to result in a cleaner wash that is gentle on fabrics without any damage.
When I placed the order, I was slightly concerned about negative reviews regarding 'detergent error messages.' However, since we use laundry pods, we can simply ignore those alerts and move on. The keypad is also incredibly intuitive, operating with a simple touch just like an iPhone. Selecti And this machine is very quiet !!!
Upgrading to this machine was definitely the right move, and I think it will play a big part in getting a great price when I eventually sell my home. It truly feels like a choice that upgraded our entire house by a level. Once you see the photos I uploaded, you’ll definitely want to upgrade yours, too. It’s absolutely gorgeous.

I used this product for about two weeks now and I am very pleased with the capacity, cycle options, ease of operation and looks! One of the main concerns in older reviews regarding soap dispenser error seems to be resolved now, as we didn't face it so far. Cycles are easy to choose from the interface and the washer performed well with various loads (bedding, washable rug, regular clothes). Noise levels are okay as well. Looks very sleek and is a great addition to our laundry with existing LG dryer we got last year. Overall I am very satisfied with the product so far, will definitely recommend to others.

A True Upgrade to My Laundry Routine

I received the LG SIGNATURE WM9900HSA washer as a gift, and after using it for a while, I can honestly say I’m very impressed.
Before this, I had a large-capacity GE washer. Even though it was designed for big loads, I often felt like my clothes didn’t come out as clean as I hoped. I also felt a bit nervous whenever I washed bulky items like comforters because the machine would sometimes become unbalanced and cause strong vibration during the cycle.
With this LG washer, I noticed a difference right away. The cleaning feels much more thorough, and even when I wash heavy or oversized loads, the machine runs smoothly with very little vibration and stays stable. Now I don’t feel worried starting a big load, which has been a huge relief.
One feature I’ve really appreciated is the steam cycle. It gives me extra confidence that clothes, bedding, and towels are being cleaned more deeply, and it’s especially nice for items that need a more hygienic wash.
I also love the design — it looks sleek and modern, and the large touch screen makes everything feel high-end but still easy to use. The controls are intuitive, so I got used to it pretty quickly.
The large capacity has been one of the biggest benefits for my household. I can wash bedding and big loads without splitting them up, which saves a lot of time. It’s also quieter than I expected.
Another feature I really appreciate is the automatic detergent dispenser. Not having to measure detergent every time is surprisingly convenient, especially on busy days.
Overall, this washer feels like a true premium upgrade for me. It not only looks beautiful but also gives me confidence that my laundry is getting properly cleaned without the issues I experienced before. I’ve been very happy with it.

Clothes are so soft!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a smaller capacity washer and dryer and switched to this new LG Signature model including the sidekick washer. The capacity provides so much room especially in the dryer that everything feels much softer coming out. We also switched the dryer from gas to electric and I think that also made a difference. We connected the sidekick to the main washer control panel and it is so convenient to use both washers. The AI cycle is the one we utilize the most as it selects based on what is put in the washer or dryer. Very satisfied with both the washer and dryer.

This commercial-sized washer is an absolute beast. The capacity is incredible—I can toss in a large, overflowing laundry basket and still have room to spare. While the massive drum means I have far fewer laundry days, the only "danger" is letting the clothes pile up since I know the machine can handle a mountain of laundry in a single cycle.
The automatic detergent and softener dispenser is a total game-changer. I just fill the bottom tray with detergent and softener, and the machine intelligently senses the load size to dispense the perfect amount every time. It’s a lifesaver for a busy household; there’s no more measuring or messy pouring, and it's so simple even my kids can do their laundry now.
Operationally, the machine is impressively quiet. It’s barely audible until it hits the high-speed spin cycle. I also appreciate the accuracy of the "time remaining" display, which takes the guesswork out of when a load will actually be finished.
My only minor gripe is the all-touch screen. I personally prefer the tactile feel of a traditional dial/buttons, but I have to admit the display is sleek and very responsive once you get the hang of it.
Overall, this is a robust, intelligent appliance that genuinely takes the chore out of laundry. It is a must-have for large families or anyone tired of cramming bulky items into standard-sized machines.
