Our Floors are So Much Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family really loves this powerful little vacuum, and it has replaced our heavy, full-sized upright for all but the toughest jobs. And I say this as a parent to a toddler crumb factory and a large dog losing her dense winter coat. Some pros right out of the box:
This thing is lightweight and super easy to maneuver around the house, especially going from rugs to hardwood and up and down stairs. The cordless feature is wonderful—just charge the removable battery and go! The battery lasted probably 35 minutes on a full charge using mostly the lowest suction setting, which is the perfect amount of time to refresh all of the floor space on our first floor (admittedly small house). No fighting with or tripping over cords. The design is sleek and lacks the bulk of a lot of other models—so much so that I store this in our coat closet now to keep it ready for quick, everyday jobs. Not lugging out the big vac means we are using it more, and our floors are cleaner as a result.
It’s not a feature I normally look for, but I was impressed by the headlights on this thing. They really illuminated all of the corners and the perimeter under our kitchen counters where crumbs really like to hang out.
I also really love that you can mount the vacuum to the wall, charge the whole thing standing upright in a corner, or remove and charge just the battery. In a small, high-traffic house I don’t always have room to charge a large appliance, and for me it’s great to leave the vacuum in the closet and charge just the battery. Well done, Bissell, for thinking of this.
Finally, this vacuum has useful tools already built in, like a crevice tool, and a tool for removing pet hair, both of which work well. The ‘Fur Finder’ was great on the section of the couch where our dog likes to hang out.
My only real con for this (and all stick vacuums, really) is that the run time is less than an hour, so you probably aren’t going to be thoroughly vacuuming your whole house on one charge, and there isn’t an option to plug it into a wall outlet and keep going. With this model, though, backup batteries are sold separately, which is definitely an option I will look into.
And finally, on our darker, short pile rugs where the pet bar is really woven in, this vacuum couldn’t fully compete with a traditional beater bar for lifting up hair up in a few passes, so I won’t be throwing my big upright out totally. But the old upright HAS been relegated to the basement, and I’ve only lugged it back upstairs for the really big jobs. The Bissell PowerClean has otherwise replaced it, and done it well.
I should also add that my partner, who is normally not much of a vacuumer, loves this one and has used it as much as I have. In sum, this is a very nicely-designed, strong-performing stick vac that has quickly become our family’s go-to.

It handled all the surfaces in my home—hardwood, area rugs, and carpet—without any trouble. It picked up everything in just one pass and adjusted between floor types smoothly.
The FurFinder tool was a game changer. I have pets, and getting embedded hair out of upholstery is always a hassle. This tool pulled up fur that other vacuums usually leave behind. It definitely made my weekly clean-ups easier and more effective.
I was also surprised by how helpful the FurFinder Headlights were. They lit up hidden pet hair and dust I would have missed, especially under furniture or along baseboards.
Using the vacuum was simple. It is lightweight, easy to steer, and the self-standing design made it convenient to pause mid-clean without leaning it against a wall. I also appreciated the tangle-free brush roll—no more cutting out hair or getting tangled bristles after every use.
All in all, it is a solid, well-designed vacuum that is great for pet owners. It saves time, picks up what others miss, and makes cleaning less of a chore.

Best cordless vacuum I have owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this vacuum as a gift from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but this review is 100% my honest opinion after trying out this great product.
I’ve owned a several cordless vacuums over the years, but this one has really impressed me. It’s honestly the first one I’ve actually reached for daily, which says a lot. The battery life is way better than I expected, I’ve owned many cordless vacuums and that is the most frustrating thing when they don’t have a long battery life. This vacuum I’m able to use on full power suction around the whole house without it running dead.
One of the things I didn’t know I needed until now is the headlight. It’s wild how much dirt and lint it lights up, especially along the baseboards and under furniture. I always thought my floors were clean, but this vacuum definitely proved me wrong.
I have pets and kids, so I’m constantly cleaning, and this vacuum has become my go-to. I’ve used it on rugs, wood floors, couches, and even in my car. The attachments are also a huge plus that’s included with the vacuum. It really makes the vacuum worth it because it’s so versatile and you can really use it on anything and any part of your house.
The first time I used it on my couch, I was honestly grossed out (in a good way) by how much fur and dust it pulled out, even though I vacuum regularly. It has really strong suction and just seems to get deeper into fabric and carpet than others I’ve tried.
Another thing I love is that the battery is attached. With other cordless vacuums I’ve had, the battery had to be removed to charge, and I’d end up not using them as much because of that. This one makes it simple and easy to grab and go. This vacuum can stand on its own which is great, I don’t have to lean it against a wall or worry about it tipping over when I pause cleaning. it’s just a small detail that makes a big difference.
Overall, it’s just super convenient, easy to use, and really effective. I’m genuinely happy with it and have no complaints or cons so far. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid cordless vacuum.

Great Cordless Vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on the hunt for a good cordless vacuum for the days I just need to do a quick clean of the house and I finally found it! I wouldn’t use this as my main vacuum but works great for the in between deep cleans. I love it, the light on the vacuum is amazing and lights up every crumb, dog hair and anything else that may have been thrown on the floor. I have a 3yr old , a newborn and a husky so I am using this thing day and night. The vacuum does a great job on hard wood floors, and still manages to do fine on carpets. But the suction on hard woods is impressive! I am extremely pleased with this vacuum and would repurchase it if it died on me tomorrow.

Goodbye dusty corners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My three girls were just as excited as me to unboxed this Bissell vacuum. They’ve been vacuuming for me just about every day since! This vacuum has a great suction – our six-year-old area rug has been restored to its fluffy youth. I used the fur finder tool on our furniture to help remove any evidence of our dog or three messy children with great results. My favorite feature has to be the headlights on the vacuum. It was embarrassing to see how dusty our corners were, but not anymore! I love that it is sturdy enough to stand up on its own, yet light enough for my five-year-old to use independently. It works just as well on our tile floors as it does on the carpet. The only complaint around here is when my husband has to empty the canister, he said it’s a little tricky to get it all cleared out. Still a fantastic vacuum in my eyes! So glad to replace our old brand name stick vacuum with this one!

Convenient and effective

Our home has mostly hardwood floors with a couple of area rugs and two smaller rooms with wall-to-wall carpeting. The first thing I did was use the vacuum on the area rug in the living room and I was shocked at how much fur and dirt the vacuum was able to get up (on the default middle suction setting). It also worked amazingly well on the hardwood floors and it was very satisfying to see those dust bunnies get sucked up. The fur finder tool was very convenient to use on upholstery and did a great job removing fur that seemed to be embedded in the fabric. I especially liked using it under the cushions of our leather couch because I usually just ignore that area since it's almost impossible to get the fur off, but now I can clean it! The headlights were my favorite feature and I was shocked at how much fur was around the house that I couldn't even see. I don't ever want to vacuum without headlights again! It's also so nice that the stick can go flat to the floor so it's easy to get underneath beds or sofas. It is really convenient that it is self-standing and it was super easy to put together right out of the box. We utilized the wall mount in our laundry room which is a really easy way to store it and charge it. The tangle-free brush roll is very important in our house as my daughter and I both have longer hair that tends to get wrapped around vacuum brushes - but not this one! It's also very easy to empty. I am obsessed with this vacuum and I am cleaning more than ever because I actually enjoy using it - and so do my kids!

Great lightweight vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cat owner with two constantly-shedding furballs and a busy toddler boy who seems to leave crumbs in every room, I need a vacuum that can actually keep up with the mess—and this stick vac has truly impressed me. From the start, it was easy to assemble and super lightweight, which made it a breeze to carry from room to room, even while juggling everything else in our home.
I also really appreciate the FurFinder Headlights. I didn’t expect to care much about them, but they actually made a big difference. They lit up all the little bits of fur and dust I would’ve totally missed, especially under the coffee table and in corners where fur tends to pile up.
The self-standing design is my favorite part, especially when I have to pause mid-clean to grab a toy or chase after my toddler. And the tangle-free brush roll? Amazing. Not having to stop and untangle long hair or fur from the roller has saved me time and frustration.
Overall, this vacuum has made cleaning up after two cats and a toddler easier—and that’s saying a lot!

Almost perfect everyday vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome every-day, quick job vacuum at a great price. The lights illuminate the floor and show every spec, but also allow you to vacuum in dim lighting. The light makes vacuuming fun, but purposeful! A family fave.
I love the extra attachments and ability to convert it to a handheld. Allows me to do my couch, stairs, small spaces.
Emptying it is easy, has multiple sucking levels, it’s clean and modern looking, charging is simple.
My only flaw is the weight of the battery/base makes the whole vac feel heavy. After using it quite a bit, yes I got used to it, but if light weight is your top priority you’d have to check the competition. This really wins for pretty good performance and price, plus good looks and included extras.
