It freewheels down the hall....

I absolutely love this vacuum. I have 3 dogs and mounds of hair tumbleweeds if I don't stay on top of it. The Bissell Powerclean makes that possible. I grab it and go. It's light, maneuverable with enough powerful suction to dispose of those pesty tumbleweed hairballs and easy it's easy to clean. It also runs long enough for me to vacuum the entry way, the diningroom, kitchen, hall, bathroom and laundryroom but recently it has started to do something that absolutely irritates me. The stem body connecting the vacuum head to the handle is detaching from the lower part of the vacuum while I'm vacuuming and the bottom half of my vacuum goes free wheeling down the hall while I stand there holding the handle and motor. I have to stop and reattach the bottom to the top of the vacuum. If there is a way for me to fix that problem, short of vecro I'd sure like to know what it is. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? If not for that little annoying issue, this would definitely be a 5 star + product.

This vac is not what I expected. The run time I get on a full charge is max.10min.

Lots of power in a small tool

I am so glad I bought this. It's lightweight, yet does a great cleaning job. I have back problems, and the lightweight makes it much easier and handier to use than a regular vacuum. The headlamp makes it easy to see cat hair that I might otherwise overlook. It's handy for spot cleaning, whereas my big vacuum is a hassle to drag out and put away.
