Let there be light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really happy with its performance. We have a long-haired cat who sheds a lot and a large doodle-mix who, while she doesn’t shed, she brings in a ton of dust and other stuff on her curly hair. We also have two small children who snack about the house.
The built-in light is by far my favorite feature—it makes it so much easier to see pet hair and dust. Seriously it’s the feature I never knew I always needed. It’s surprisingly effective on hard surfaces, picking up fur and dust quickly and thoroughly. Like it’s kind of addictive when you shed light on all the dirt… you just want to keep going. On our area rugs, it works fine but sometimes seems to “get stuck” a bit. I don’t know if it because I’m going against the grain or what. Still, for a pet-friendly home with mostly hard floors, this is a great tool to have on hand! I love the self-stand up feature too… super convenient when needing to empty it or if you’re pausing between rooms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a great product. It worked perfectly on my engineered hardwood floors. We have a large Great Pyrenees and he leaves hair everywhere so this product gets a lot of use. It picks up hair so well. My wife used our old vacuum the other day and I came around afterwards and picked up so much more hair that was left over. It also worked well on our large floor rugs. The suction was a little strong for the smaller runners we have in our hall so we had to avoid these but I’d take the stronger suction any day. We love the FurFinder too. Our dog sleeps against the back of our couch and it was so hard to get that off before this product. Our couch hasn’t looked better since we got it. The headlight feature is also a great way to see where the hair is. Our dog leaves long thin white hairs everywhere and they were very hard to see before this product. But I think my favorite part of all is the tangle-free brush roll. So many other vacuums get hair so tangled that you have to take them apart before every use. But I’ve been using this vacuum for a while and have never needed to untangle the roll. Overall this is an amazing product and I would recommend it to anyone.

Better than anticipated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed—especially considering I have two dogs and two cats who shed a lot.
This vacuum handled all the surfaces in my home surprisingly well. On hardwood and tile, it picked up fur, dirt, and crumbs easily without scattering them around. On area rugs and low-pile carpet, it had solid suction and didn’t leave any visible pet hair behind. It struggled just a little on my thicker, high-pile rug, but with a few extra passes, it got the job done. The FurFinder upholstery tool was a standout for me. I used it on my couch and pet beds, where hair always seems to get woven into the fabric. It really pulled up fur that I couldn’t even see at first—definitely made a noticeable difference. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% perfect (I still needed a lint roller for a few stubborn spots), but it saved me a lot of time compared to vacuuming with the regular floor attachment.
The headlights were actually more useful than I expected. I thought they were kind of a gimmick at first, but they really helped light up fur and dust under furniture and along baseboards, where it’s usually easy to miss. It’s one of those features you don’t realize you need until you have it.
This vacuum was super easy to maneuver—lightweight enough that I could carry it up and down stairs without any trouble. I loved the self-standing design; it made it so convenient to pause mid-clean without laying it down or leaning it against something. And the tangle-free brush roll? Total game changer for a pet household. I haven’t had to cut out a single hair so far, which is a first for me.
Overall, the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder has made cleaning up after my pets so much easier. It’s not perfect on every surface, but for daily fur battles, it’s been a reliable and hassle-free tool. I’d definitely recommend it to other pet parents dealing with a lot of shedding.

Light up the fur

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder is a good value stick vacuum. It is compact and stands on its own, which at times is very helpful, particularly if you have a space that it won't be bumped often. It is sturdy and has a good amount of features, of which my favorite was the light illuminating the fur and dirt on the floor and on my upholstery. It was especially surprising that the small fur finder attachment also had a light, which was really great as that attachment did a great job of finding and vacuuming up the dog hair in my house. While I enjoyed seeing the fur, my partner wasn't as excited about seeing how dirty the light made our floors look. Aside from the fur finder tool, which we liked, the crevice tool, while handy to have a built in sliding tool on it, didn't allow us to get very far into the crevices as the sliding portion only slid back a few inches, where we were used to having 6 or more inches of the crevice too. The vacuum is sturdy and quite light, however a bit heavier than other, more expensive stick vacuum. The dirt collection container could be a bit bigger, but it is easy to clean and put back together. Also, we have just under 1500 square feet and the battery did not last long enough to thoroughly clean the entire house on the mid setting. We also do a quick vacuum of our throw rugs throughout the house and the vacuum shut off in the higher pile rugs. It is really nice to not have to hold the power button on the entire time and just turn it on and adjust the setting to your desired use case, vacuum and turn off. I really liked this vacuum and it is reasonably priced compared to others in the market. If you have a smaller area to clean, this vacuum is perfect. If you are interested, they do offer the option of having another battery to switch in, which is a great option and this was more convenient on the Bissell than others I have used. While simple with the right amount of attachments and options, this is a good stick vacuum for the value it provides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I was very impressed with this stick vac. We have a mix of carpet and hard wood in our home and it cleaned both surfaces thoroughly. I honestly was a little embarrassed at how dirty my house was after the first time using this, with all the pet hair and dirt that emptied from this vacuum. Especially on the carpet and stairs, it removed embedded pet hair that our other vacuum had left behind. The headlights make it easy to see the dirt and pet hair in front of me, especially under our coffee tables and other furniture. I also appreciate the charger and stand that we were able to hang up in our house for easy storage and charging when not in use. The crevice tool made it easy to clean my baseboards and hard to reach areas in our house, but also in our car.

Bissell vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend this vacuum for both pet parents and post partum mamas alike! As the owner of a newfoundland lab mix, our pup is constantly shedding and despite constant vacuuming we always find hair bunnies rolling around. We have a little one who has just started crawling and the hair (both our dogs and my own) was a major concern of ours. This vacuum was incredibly powerful and effective at getting hair and dirt that was embedding in the fibers of our area rugs. The tangle-free brush roll was super helpful for my hair specifically as I've had issues with the strands getting caught in the roll with other vacuums I've used. The FurFinder Headlights helped us see and eliminate all of the hidden hair & debris in the hard to see spots under our bed and couches. The vacuum is super compact and easy to use and I love that all of the spare pieces attach to the main unit, so I don't have to worry about finding additional storage for the parts when not in use. My husband and I love this vacuum and find that we do not need to vacuum nearly as often as we used to.

Excellent Stick Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of the many stick vacuums I have used in my life, this one stands above the rest! It was incredibly easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Right out of the box, it had enough charge to vacuum at least two rooms, and did a fabulous job! The headlights are much brighter than I expected, and they really help me find dirt, dust, and pet hair that I would’ve had a difficult time seeing otherwise. The vacuum itself is lightweight, powerful, and quite easy to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles. I’ve used it on hardwood floors, tile, and rugs, and it does a wonderful job of picking up all the crumbs left by my daughter and pet hair I’m constantly battling. I’m impressed by the battery life, and appreciate that it can be recharged easily by just plugging the charger cable into the vacuum… although sometimes I forget it is plugged in, due to the inconspicuous nature of the wire, and try to move it, yanking the entire charger out of the wall. So far this has not done any damage to the vacuum, so I guess that is a testament to its robustness! If I had to pick one thing to improve upon, I would like if it was a bit quieter, but in all honesty, I’ve never really found a quiet vacuum, and this one is no louder than any others I’ve used. All in all, I’m very happy with the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder, and have already recommended it to numerous friends!

I have a golden retriever who sheds constantly so I need to vacuum every day, and this stick vacuum does the trick. The vacuum is lightweight and so easy to maneuver on both my hardwood floors and rugs. The head is well lit so I can easily see where to pick up the dirt and fur. The canister is easy to tell when it is full and easy to empty. I have used other stick vacuums but have always had a problem with the fur getting stuck in the roller brush. So far, I have not had a problem with this vacuum - it continues to roll smoothly without tangles. I love the self standing design and it stores easily out of the way when not in use. So far, this is my favorite stick vacuum I have ever used - I highly recommend!
