Powerful and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very pleased with the Furfinder. In addition to two small kids, we have two large dogs. They shed, and we vacuum daily. It’s a powerful suction and pulls the hair right in. We’ve been using it in the evening with the lights low, and the headlight feature has been great; we can vacuum with intention and confirm it’s gone. It’s sub stable in feel, but not heavy. The attachments are great for carpet and baseboards. We mostly have hardwood, but the few rugs we have, it’s been a smooth transition. You can see the canister of dog hair, while the floor brush remains clean; it’s powerful. We attached the frame to the wall in the garage where it can hang and charge, attachments included. Nice to have everything in one place.
Bonus that it stands up on its own! Making stopping and starting much easier and not leaning it against a wall only for it to slide down and smack the floor.
The only downside would be that we can’t vacuum our entire house on one change, but that’s nothing new; we have not found a vacuum that can. Our home is just under 3,000sqft and we can get about 2,400sqft before charging. I do use the highest setting, which does use more charge.
I wouldn’t count that against it. We’re very happy and excited to continue using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two small dogs that shed like crazy and a baby who’s just learning to crawl—so you can imagine how stressed I’ve been about all the pet hair! I decided to try the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder, and I was honestly impressed. I wanted something lightweight and easy to use daily—something I could handle one-handed while holding my baby in the other arm. This vacuum delivered.
Although it’s taller than vacuums I’ve used before, it’s surprisingly light and super easy to carry around thanks to its cordless design. One of my favorite features is the headlights—they make it so much easier to spot every last dog hair, especially in corners and under furniture.
It has three suction levels, which is great for switching between hard floors and tougher surfaces like rugs. I was honestly skeptical that a cordless vacuum could actually pick up pet hair from rugs and carpets—but it did! I was shocked (in the best way) and so relieved knowing my baby will have a clean space to explore.
The tangle-free brush roll is another thoughtful touch, though it can be a little too sensitive. If you’re vacuuming a lightweight rug, it might get sucked up and trigger the rollers to stop. There’s no quick-release button either, so you have to power off and restart. The trick is to use the lowest suction setting on those types of rugs. Even so, I love that nothing gets tangled in the bristles—they stay clean and effective for pet hair pickup.
The FurFinder tool is great too—and it has its own headlights, which is a very cool and useful feature I hadn’t seen before in an attachment. It made me realize just how much dog hair was hiding on my couch!
The one thing I would change on this vacuum is the size of the canister. It’s definitely too small! When I say my dogs shed, I mean it! So a bigger canister would be helpful.

Handy and impressive vacuum great on pet fur

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is an impressive vacuum. It's versatile, lightweight, and extremely convenient. Also worth noting is that this vacuum is surprisingly quiet! Despite this lack of volume, it still packs quite a punch for a battery-powered vacuum! Unfortunately, the battery life itself is about the only aspect that has been disappointing so far. A fully-charged battery dropped down to one flashing bar of battery after 10-15 minutes while using the FurFinder attachment on full power.
The FurFinder tool was fantastic for our couch and even an area rug that is particularly stubborn about holding onto cat hair. Having a cordless vacuum that can easily and thoroughly clean frequent pet-sheddings from a couch is a game-changer! It's much more convenient than pulling out a traditional vacuum (that also didn't work as well!).
The FurFinder Headlights both helped to illuminate hidden hair & debris, and encouraged me to do a more thorough vacuuming! While this vacuum does a solid job of cleaning up most spots with a first-pass, this can really emphasize what needs a second go.
This is an extremely convenient and easy vacuum to use. Being able to trust the vacuum to not fall over when you need to take a short break, is fantastic. The tangle-free brush roll helps minimize maintenance of the vacuum as well.
I LOVE that it comes with a wall mount, and that the mount can charge the vacuum without having to remove the battery. It's a great way to guarantee you start every vacuum session with a full battery!

I love this thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay I am a vacuum lover. I have purchased my fair share of vacuums over the years and this one is really impressive! I have hard floors and area rugs, 4 kids, 2cats, 2 dogs, and there is nothing that this vacuum could not tackle! I love this thing. My only complaint is that if something is too large, the bottom of the vacuum is unable to grab it, but you can easily disconnect the base so that the larger part of the tube gets anything that’s bigger. This thing held its charge really well and I was able to vacuum my entire house without the battery dying! My son spilled a whole box of cornmeal, and it was such an easy feat for the vacuum to clean, I was so impressed! After every meal, I’ve used this vacuum and my house has never been cleaner. The headlights are amazing and they light everything up so you can really see Everything you’re sucking up, ESPECIALLY PET HAIR ! I also love the attachments that it comes with. I love that you can attach the charging base to the wall and the mini vacuum head is incredible! It cleaned my couch so well and really got all of the pet hair off of it. I also love the way that this thing cleans my area rugs. It really does pick up all of the pet hair! I even used this thing in my car and it was so nice to have something compact that could get the job done. Overall, I give this a 10 out of 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, against its competitors, this vacuum is up there with top brands. The FurFinder is super easy and satisfying to use, we have faux wood in our home and it was so easy to control, although the swivel is not as easy to handle as others. It is a little on the heavier side, I’m guessing has to do with having a better motor, but thats certainly a plus. It has 3 levels of strength, I loved being able to use a low level on smooth, flat surfaces that don’t require much suction and go to upholstery or fabrics and use the heavy suction, grabs so much out of the fabrics. The running time is excellent, I can use it around my whole house in 1 run without it shutting off, especially if you use it with the low setting! The headlights illuminate all the dust, hair and debris, so seeing clean floors is such a game changer. I absolutely love this vacuum, it’s our new daily vacuum. I give it a 4 out of 5 because it is a little on the heavier side and it doesn’t swivel as good as other stick vacuums, but for the strength and suction levels, it’s not a dealbreaker at all! As a family of 5, 3 of them children, 3 dogs and a cat, it certainly passed the test of cleaning!

Exactly what we needed with dog and kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a golden retriever and two young kids, and I have to say this upright stick vacuum has been a game changer for us! We’ve used other stick vacuums before, but we didn’t like how they couldn’t go from hardwood to rugs very easily without changing the roller out. They also weren’t nearly as powerful, and couldn’t stand upright on their own.
We love the headlights on the FurFinder as it really highlights hidden dog hair on our dark hardwood, the mode button allows for turbo mode which allowed the vacuum to pick up crumbs in a long shag fiber area rug, and the FurFinder and other detail tools that helped remove most of the embedded dog hair from our car upholstery.
Other fantastic features are how it can stand on its own and doesn’t need to be docked to store (although it can for charging and storage), that the battery can easily be removed to charge on its own, the easy removal and emptying of the canister, and how maneuverable it is around and under furniture.
The battery charge lasts through vacuuming our entire downstairs (hardwood, 2 short pile rugs, and one shag rug) before needing a recharge. Because it’s so good at picking up hair and debris, the canister probably needs to be emptied at least 1-2x during that full job.
Ultimately, this vacuum has made cleaning up kid mess and dog hair several times a week super convenient, effective, and fast! Effectively this has replaced two other in-house vacuums and a garage vacuum we use to clean out our cars!

Good Vaccum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder met the needs I’d expect out of a high quality vacuum. One of the best features is how well it does removing pet hair from furniture. It was removing hair I couldn’t see and then some! It also has a light on the furniture attachment which I feel is unique and helpful. Speaking of a light, the vaccum also has a light on the floor attachment which helps me not miss a single speck of dust. I’d say the fur finder does great on both carpet, hardwood, and just about any surface you would hope to use it for. I have 2 cats, so this was definitely a win.
Not all vacuums work on washable rugs, but with this one because you can adjust the setting (3 different suction strengths), I was able to use it on the lowest setting perfectly.

If I had to critique something, the top can be a bit bulky and slightly heavy when vacuuming furniture if you are a weakling like me. Overall, great vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed! It is lightweight and super easy to move around and get into tight places. The removal hand held piece is super convenient. I have a dog who sheds and this does an amazing job of getting hair off my couch and rug. Also does a great job on the wood floor. The light feature that shows all the dust is amazing. I’ve been looking for a vacuum for so long and finally found the one I need
