I Love This Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! It is convenient and light while doing a great job of getting hair off of my floors.
I live in a split level house with mostly hard floor and some carpet. This vacuum has worked great on both types of flooring. I love that I can change the speed of the roll. It is easy to change each part and to empty the collection bin. There is a lot of hair in my house between 5 people and a dog, and the brush roll so far has no tangled hair in it.
The FurFinder headlights were really nice as well and I could easily (almost too eaily) see the dust and dirt on the floor that I needed to vacuum.
I like that my 7 and 5 year can use this to vacuum their own room and it's not too heavy for them. They sometimes struggle to unplug and plug it in to charge, but this isn't a huge deal breaker.
I used the FurFinder tool in my minivan to get embedded hair from the flooring. It definitely got some out but not all.
Overall I love this vacuum and would definitely recommend it!

Quiet and Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Bissel FurFinder! It’s quiet enough to use after my kids have gone to sleep and yet it gets everything off the floor. The bright headlights really illuminate the fur and dust on my hardwood floors. It also got more dust and pet hair from my area rugs than my previous vacuum did. My favorite feature is the foot release wand-it’s so handy when you need to get something along the edge of the wall or in a tight space. I love that I don’t need to change to a new attachment. It makes cleaning much quicker.

Fabulous Stick Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissel Power Clean Fur Finder lives up to its name! We have a hound dog (who's currently blowing his winter coat) and a long haired cat. Between the two, our house is a mess of pet hair. This stick vac is a powerful and compact ally in the battle against pet fur.
The headlight is a complete game changer! I'm not sure how I ever vacuumed before it. It makes it so easy to see the dirt and fur and make sure it's all getting picked up. The vacuum is compact and light and stands up on its own. It comes with a great wall-mount charger, which charges the vacuum while it's hanging out of the way on the wall. The attachments are perfect for accessing hard-to-reach spots and vacuuming stairs and furniture.
I had the older version of this vacuum, which I loved, and am even more enamored with this newer version. It has all the same great features, but more power, a larger dirt reservoir, and a much longer battery life.
I find it much easier to use on wood floors than carpet, but it does work on the carpet if it's on the highest setting.
Overall this is a great, powerful stick vacuum and is worth buying for the headlight alone. I highly recommend it.

Compact and useful for a clean healthy home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the Bissell Power Clean FurFinder is how powerful it performs while being slim and compact. It has a low profile and easily comes apart for storage. Our home is a mix of hardwood and carpet/rugs and it cleans both surfaces well.
It is a joy to have a rechargeable vacuum that I can easily take to any room in the house. I can use it to remove pet hair on the back of our sofa where the cat likes to sleep, as well as hard to reach cobwebs in the corner of the wall.
The FurFinder tool is very helpful. It has different combs inside that easily sweep up stuck-on fur from our furniture. I think the ease of use with this vacuum is one of its best qualities, because I actually feel inclined to clean more often now that I have it. With a cat and a dog and a toddler in our home, this is important to me.
The headlight feature is really fun and makes cleaning a cinch. I love that I can see what it is picking up, especially around corners of our couch where the household lights might not reach. The motor is powerful but still not too heavy to weigh the vacuum down. It stays upright no matter where I move it. This is another great product by Bissell, a brand I have come to trust time and again.

Excellent Stick Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I very much enjoyed using the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful yet lightweight vacuum. From the moment I unboxed it, the ease of use and thoughtful features made a big impression. It’s light, very easy to maneuver around the house, and particularly great for getting around corners and under furniture without much effort. It always seemed to fit perfectly under chairs. The floor attachment is low-profile so can fit under my bed very easily.
I tested it on several types of rugs and our hardwood flooring, and it performed excellently on both. We do not have floor-to-floor carpet, so I'm not sure how it would perform on thick carpet. I did use it on my couch, and it was fantastic at removing pet hair—one of my main cleaning needs. Clumps of dog hair seems to accumulate in corners, and this was great at finding those collections with ease. The built-in headlights are a great touch; they clearly highlight fur and dust that you might otherwise miss, especially in dimmer areas. They also kinda show you how much dirtier your house is than you thought.
One of the standout features is the battery life. The vacuum holds a charge for a very long time. I’ve used it multiple times for cleaning sessions lasting 30 minutes or more without seeing the battery bar indicator drop at all. This is a huge improvement over my previous stick vacuum, whose battery eventually died completely—I even had to modify that one with an adapter to use a power tool battery. I don’t think I’ll ever have to do something like that with this one.
It’s also much quieter than my prior vacuum, which makes a big difference when you’re cleaning frequently or have pets that are noise-sensitive, which mine are. The dustbin is easy to remove and empty, and it holds a good amount of debris, so I don’t feel like I’m constantly stopping to empty it.
The FurFinder comes with all of the attachments you'd ever need, from upholstery tools to crevice tools. I mainly use the larger floor attachment, which glides smoothly over different surfaces and picks up everything in its path. The vacuum’s self-standing design is a surprisingly helpful feature too—no more leaning it against a wall and hoping it doesn’t fall. The tangle-free brush roll is great; it automatically shut off when I accidentally vacuumed a long thick string, and a simple push of the power button got it going again.
It doesn’t overheat even during longer cleaning sessions, and it feels solidly built without being heavy. I don't worry about bumping it into the furniture or the wall, I think it can handle that just fine.

This is easily the best stick vacuum I’ve owned—quieter, longer-lasting, better-designed, and more convenient in every way. I truly think it could serve as your main vacuum, especially if you don’t have wall-to-wall thick carpeting. Highly recommended!

Convenient discreet and heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve got two kids, a dog, and two cats — so there’s always something on the floor, whether it’s pet hair, crumbs, or who-knows-what. I was really hoping the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder would help cut down on the daily mess, and for the most part, it has! I like to keep a stick vacuum on hand for dinner time and the unexpected pet mess.
The headlights are surprisingly useful — they light up all the hidden hair and dust you don’t normally see, especially on hard floors and under furniture. Yuck! Kind of gross, but so satisfying. The tangle-free brush roll is a lifesaver too. No more stopping to cut fur out of the roller every few days — major win in a house with this many pets. And if you need to clean the roller? Just fully disassemble it in a few short steps for a deep clean.
It cleans well on all our surfaces: wood, tile, rugs — no problem there. The FurFinder upholstery tool works pretty well on the couch and chairs, though it sometimes takes a couple passes to really get the deep-down fur.
Now, it’s not perfect. It’s heavier than I expected, so it’s not something I’d want to use for a full-house deep clean. Great for quick pickups, not so great if you're vacuuming for more than 15 minutes. And even with the attachments, corners were a bit of a pain — it just didn’t get into tight spots as well as I’d hoped.
That said, I do love that it stands up on its own, and switching between the main vacuum and the handheld tools is super easy. Overall, it’s been a solid addition to the cleaning routine — not life-changing, but definitely helpful. Four stars from our very furry, very busy household!

Pleasantly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In all honesty, I did not have high expectations for this vacuum. But man it just blew me away! It was very easy to put together and start using. The design is nice and sleek. There are a lot of things I love about this vacuum but let’s start with my two favorite things.
First, the ease with which it rolls l across the floor. Compared to others, it is so smooth and does not take a lot of effort. It also smoothly goes from my hard floors to my rugs to my carpet. I seriously was not expecting it to move so well.
My other favorite feature is the light on it. It kind of grosses me out because it allows me to see every little dog hair or crumb on the floor but that is also what I love about the light. It is great to see that I am actually effectively cleaning with the vacuum.
The battery life is also very impressive. I am able to vacuum our whole upstairs thoroughly and still not need to charge it which I haven’t been able to do with other battery operated vacuums. It comes with very helpful attachments, like the fur finder which is great for getting their short fur out of everything. The vacuum is also very quiet. At first this made me worried that it wasn’t actually doing a good job cleaning but I was wrong. Now I love how quiet it is so that I can even vacuum when my kids are asleep.
There are so many things I love about this vacuum, it really is my favorite one I have ever brought into my house. I am so pleasantly surprised by how well this runs and does its job. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

My new favorite vacuum

After feeling hopeless with our old and more expensive cordless vacuum, we were so excited to try this one out and it did not disappoint! Our home is two stories with a mix of carpet, wood, tile and rugs and the vacuum handles all surfaces so well. As parents to two small children and two adorable, but extreme-shedding dogs, we need a vacuum that is quick to clean, easy to use and works hard and this vacuum delivers on many levels. The standing feature is something I didn’t know I needed but it makes quick clean ups a breeze. The headlights are amazing at finding all the crumbs and never -ending dog hair. I love the adjustable suction levels to provide extra suction on areas that need it. The handheld portion easily pops off to add a different attachment or to use as- a quick hand-held option, which has been great for our stairs and high chairs. The battery is long-lasting and easily vacuums our entire downstairs without needing a re-charge. The Fur-Finder has been great for removing pesky and stubborn dog hair from our upholstered couch, which has proven to be a challenge for other vacuums! It really is amazing and powerful and would highly recommend for anyone in the market (or even those who aren’t!).
