Great vacuum for animal lovers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have six cats and two dogs so pet hair is always an issue in my house. Don’t get me wrong, I love my pets, but we have a baby so we are trying to keep wayward hairs out of her mouth. We have dark hardwood floors and a microfiber couch so it is pretty apparent when there is pet hair on surfaces. We really like this vacuum and enjoy using it to clean! It handles beautifully when rolling it across surfaces and turns on a dime. It isn’t too heavy to carry either. I really liked the bright headlights to illuminate my floors- as I mentioned, my floors are quite dark, and even with the overhead lights on, I could easily see all of the specks of fur and dirt lit up. Getting set up was a breeze, and usage felt intuitive. I liked how the vacuum can go into different modes. Suction seemed pretty powerful. The only thing I didn’t really love is the waste bin. I prefer a hands-off dumping but this one requires you to remove the waste bin from the vacuum and pour it out. Personally I prefer pressing a button and having a hatch open. However, I’m very happy with this vacuum, and my floors look much cleaner and fur free than before!

Fantastic Stick Vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean Fur Finder has been a game changer in my vacuuming routine. I have never had a stick vacuum before so I love that it is lightweight, cordless, and easy to maneuver. The self-standing design is also fantastic. We have carpet and tile in our home and it glides easily over both surfaces. The suction power is high and it grabs all pet fur and dirt with ease. It of course makes a normal vacuum sound while running but it is not overly loud, especially compared to my regular vacuum. One of my favorite features of this product is the headlight. It makes it so much easier to see what needs to be vacuumed up. All vacuums should have this, it’s that great! I give this vacuum 5 out of 5 stars and if you have pets, this is the one for you!

Great Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first used this vacuum, I wasn't too sure about how well it worked. The first thing I noticed was the light on the bottom, it is probably my favorite feature! I didn't realize how dirty certain areas were until the light was shinning on it while I vacuumed! It it especially helpful under our dinning room table, where a lot of food gets drop ( or thrown) by my three young kids, and in corners. It works really well on hardwood floors. It also works well on our carpets, especially after reading through and trying the different setting on it. The FurFinder tool worked really well on getting my dog's hair off of our couch. He has been loosing a lot with the warmer weather starting and it was clinging to my pants. A quick once over helped eliminate that! Some of my dog's longer tail hair did get caught up in the brush roll, but it was very easy to pull out when I was done vacuuming. The fact that it is self-standing was the cherry on top of this great vacuum.

Excellent stick vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a great stick vacuum. It works well on both carpet and hardwood and does an excellent job picking up all the pet hair that accumulates in the carpets. The FurFinder tool really did help with the couch as well; our pets love to sneak up onto the furniture and shed horribly, but I found this vacuum to be very effective in picking up all the fur. The vacuum is very easy to set up and use. I like that it stands up and can just be tucked into a corner to charge. I gave it four stars because the crevice tool has a brush attachment that can be slid up and down, but always seems to fall when I’m just trying to use the crevice tool. It also tends to lose power a little quicker than I’d like, but otherwise I really like this vacuum. It’s been really helpful and I use it almost daily.

Excellent quick vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My overall impression of this stick vacuum was that it was lightweight and easy to use. I thought the best features were the removable roller, the light that helps see all the dirt, and the multilevels of the vacuum stick for suctioning small crevices. The negatives are that the battery does not last super long on high suction. The suction levels are able to be varied which is great but you will not be able to match the suction a corded vacuum has.
As to the features and tools.of the stick vacuum there are quite a few. The furfinder tool is good but the best part is just that you can remove the roller when it gets long hairs or other threads tangled up in them. That was a game changer for me and was why I always reached for this quick easy vacuum when I had the option of my corded vacuum. The other things I mentioned above are wonderful features too. A really nice bright light comes on when you turn the vacuum on and it really helps you spy all the dirt. The vacuum has 3 different lengths on the stick part alone. You can have it really short to suction crevices, medium length for nooks and floor corners, and long for regular vacuuming. The vacuum comes with the Furfinder tool and a brush tool attachment. The vacuum can attach to the wall or if you just want to charge the battery, it easily detached from the back of the vacuum. You can even buy extras so you have more running time. The vacuum is lightweight but well made. My 6 year old son even enjoyed using it!
Overall, this vacuum is just excellent. It would be a great tool to make every day cleaning easy!

Some great features but middling suction

The self standing feature is excellent; the headlights really do help find dirt; and the removable battery is a nice perk. This vacuum did a good job at picking up pet hair on smooth surfaces like wood and tile. It picked up a lot of dirt and hair on area rugs. Now, for the cons: it is heavy and uncomfortable to cart all around the house; it does not pickup larger items (like a raisin); and, the suction was not strong enough. This vacuum left dirt in the area rug that my other vacuum was able to pick up easily. The concept is great but the weight and suction leave a bit to be desired.

Overall very happy with this stick vacuum

Pros:
- Seems to have strong, consistent suction.
- Angled tool built into the vacuum and easy to use.
- Furfinder tool very effective to help find and remove fur!
- Works well on a variety of surfaces, including upholstered furniture.

Cons:
- I wish the battery life were longer. This is great for shorter jobs, but I couldn't do more than a room at a time with this.

Solid Stickvac at excellent price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PowerClean FurFinder is a solid cordless stick vacuum that packs more suction power than you’d expect for the price. I tried it on rugs, carpets, and hardwood floors, and it did a great job picking up crumbs and dust from all surfaces. I love the headlights on the brush to spot hidden dirt, a removable battery you can charge separately, and a bonus foot pedal to easily detach the brush without bending over. The only things I didn’t love is that battery doesn’t last long on the highest setting, and it’s a bit heavy, so not a good option for a full day of cleaning. Still, for everyday cleaning, it’s a convenient and affordable option that gets the job done.
I would recommend this to a friend!
