A stick vac made for pet owners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome stick vac for multisurface use and families with fur-babies. We have predominantly wood-floors in the home but also have carpeted areas, tile in the bathrooms, and large area rugs. I like that there were 3 settings for suction power, but it does seem to automatically start on the middle setting when you power up the vacuum. The lowest setting is nice for low pile rugs so it doesn't just bunch up as you vacuum over it. The higher setting is great for carpeted areas - it pulls up so much dust and debris! I did enjoy using the FurFinder attachment for the couches and our dog's bed. I was amazed at the fur and dust it would suck up. The cordless feature of this vacuum makes it easy to do a quick clean after meals or whenever I notice extra dirt that's trailed in from our dog. We are using it almost every day to vacuum up crumbs or hair/fur. I LOVE the headlights! It really helps highlight hidden dust bunnies and hair. The one negative about this vacuum is the height of the motorized foot attachment - it doesn't quite fit under some of our furniture so I have to switch out to the 2-in-1 dusting brush. Luckily, it's simple to switch the attachment tools and the self-standing design is an added bonus when I'm not using the vacuum. I have really long hair and the tangle-free brush seems to live up to its name. Overall, this is a great product and I highly recommend it as a primary vacuum in busy households!

Amazingly Useful Stick Vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to vacuums, I've found that they come in two varieties: stick vacs that are convenient, yet weak, and monster corded vacuum units that are powerful, but a hassle to manage and store.
I feel that this PowerClean FurFinder is the best compromise of both worlds. It is light, thin and easily portable, but it works surprisingly well and doesn't seem limited in any regard. I have other vacuums. Bigger, stronger vacuums. But this has been the unit I keep coming back to on a day to day basis.
It's especially useful on hardwood/laminate/smooth floors, where the light on the unit really shines, and makes it easy for me not to miss anything. When I'm done, I simply empty the canister and pop it back in.
The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is that I feel the battery life could be a bit better. Thankfully, it's easily and quickly charged. And if you are a responsible adult and do a little vacuum once or twice a day and only need it for a few minutes, you'll have no problem. But I tend to get lazy and then do a mass vacuum of the entire house. I can usually manage 20-30 minutes on the highest power setting. More than that, and I run the risk of it dying and needing a charge. So that's a drawback that I feel could be easily rectified with a slightly more potent battery.
That being said, this thing is marvelous, does its job well, and comes with a number of attachments, all of which I've found useful. It's easy to pull out on a moment's notice and get to work, before popping it back in storage. Just make sure to stay on top of your cleaning!
Highly recommend this unit!

Effective but short battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the start, liked that it came with self-drilling drywall screws; assembly was easy; removable base plate for ease of assembly since you can use the base as a template before drilling; location on the wall hung base to store all the accessories on the base vs needing to store them on a shelf somewhere.
FurFinder headlights are great, but wish there were one or two lights on the edging attachment, as well. The lights on the vacuum itself are also very good at highlighting the dirt and hair on the floor even in a well lit room.
The tangle-free brush roll is great with our medium-hair dog and long-hair humans. The vacuum is not as powerful so it cannot pick up dirt and other tiny grime from our kitchen grout and does not have corner strength. If you are okay with sweeping in addition to vacuuming, this is okay, but disappointing.
Base station: plug is on the inside of the base so if you have an outlet above the base, the cord has to droop down and around the base vs if they had put it in the middle you could have an outlet above or below without an issue.
Battery: you can get replacement batteries but there's no place to recharge a battery on the base, you'd have to recharge it separately (not on the base or in the vacuum). Unlike our last cordless vacuum, the battery cannot complete the job on one charge -- maybe the living room and couch with quick run of the kitchen and dining room, but the stairs, hallway, and bedrooms have to be a second charge and the second floor a third charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in total awe of this vacuum! I did not expect for it to be as great as it is! Very easy to use, lightweight yet powerful!! The light helped to see my pets fur underneath the sofas and in the hall where there is less natural light. It would suck up fur balls that were a foot away!!! Unheard of! I didn’t know my couches were full of fur until I vacuumed them. It’s a day and night difference in their color now. I will continue to praise this vacuum and recommend it to family and friends with fur babies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the vacuum it was very light and easy to set up. After using it a few times there are some key features I really liked. I enjoyed the fact that there is an on/off button and how light the vacuum felt while pushing it around. There is a good amount of pull from the vacuum so you’re not filling pushing it yourself. I also loved the vacuum stands on its own. I can prop it up and walk away while cleaning without worrying it’s going to fall over. The light is a great feature as well to really make sure you get every last hair and crumb. The included attachments were a nice addition as well! The canister is a tad small but it’s easy to empty and keep clean. It is a great vacuum for hardwood and getting pet hair off the floor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two dogs, medium and large. They shed like crazy, all times of the year. It’s everywhere. Constantly. It never fully gets out of my rugs or furniture. I was sooo impressed by this vacuum cleaner. I definitely felt like it specifically targeted all the pet hair while still being an overall good vacuum cleaner. It was light weight and easy to maneuver. The lights definitely help me see all the hairs which makes me crazy to see all the hairs but can clearly see how much it’s cleaning up!! It’s definitely my go to and I think will save me lots of time.

Good outweighs the less convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok first of all I LOVE this vacuum. It feels very sturdy and well made. I love that it can stand up on its own. I love the way you empty the tank. I love that the primary roller head can smoothly go from carpet to hard flooring without changing heads or making weird sounds and doing a great job on both surfaces. I didn’t think I would like the light but I actually LOVE it. I don’t understand how I’ve been vacuuming without it this whole time. The fur finder tool is wild. I had recently vacuumed and went over it again with this and got a lot more than expected.
The main drawback for me is how heavy it is. I cannot use the shorter attachment tools one handed to clean crevices in the couch. I need two hands to support the weight of it and then I can’t spread the cushions well enough. I also really wish the handle was telescoping. Especially using the fur finder tool. I used a bit of elbow grease while doing it to really get in there and you really have to stoop down to get at the right angle. If the tube part could extend, you’d be able to stand up straight AND you’d have better leverage on it. I also kinda wish there were a couple more tools with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stick vac packs some serious power! Overall it’s my favorite cordless vac I’ve ever had. The FurFinder tool has been a life saver for removing embedded pet hair from my furniture, pet beds, and floors. We have a black long haired cat and a yellow lab. We have A LOT of hair! Switching to this vac has for sure made a noticeable difference in my cleaning routine. We need to vacuum twice a day with our lab and cat. One of the biggest perks is the light which really helps to illuminate hidden hair & crumbs. In addition to the pets we also have a preschooler so we also tackle a lot of crumbs. The headlights help us get all the hair and dirt during our daily vacs. The fact that it also stands up straight on its own is a huge selling feature. My other stick vacs never stood up on their own so this one is a huge upgrade. The only feature I would change is the battery life. With our pet hair needs I need to vac on the highest suction power which means we can’t quite get through the whole house on one charge. For reference we have a single story 1,800 sq ft. We can get all but the master bedroom. You can purchase a second battery which would be necessary if you have a larger home and like to use the highest suction power like we do. Overall just a fantastic vac.
