The perfect vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder for several weeks, I am still looking for every opportunity to use it! I have owned several stick vacuums from popular brands and this vacuum came at the perfect time when my previous one had broken. The self standing design is a game changer, I felt like other vacuums easily fall over and I haven’t had a problem with this one! This vacuum is incredibly easy to use and maneuver- I was shocked at how well the light shows where all the hidden dirt and hair are. With a busy farm and kids running around, I feel like my floors are always dirty and this tool helped me finally feel like I could get it under control. Emptying the tank is so easy and I felt like I could vacuum my entire house without making a dent in the battery life. The 3 suction levels are helpful to use on different surfaces- from rugs, to carpet, and hard floors. I am so happy that I found the perfect vacuum!

A Powerful Vacuum With a Few Quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two large, very hairy dogs, so we've tried our fair share of vacuums in the never-ending battle against fur. The Bissell Fur Finder has proven to be one of the better contenders in this price range and offers some truly thoughtful features-though it's not without its flaws.
Where this vacuum really shines is on carpet. Compared to other handhelds and even a few stick vacuums we ve tried, the Fur Finder pulls up pet hair exceptionally well from rugs and carpeted areas. One of the standout features is the built-in light-it's extremely helpful for spotting fur and dust bunnies hiding in plain sight, especially in low light or under furniture.
Another convenience we love is the foot-operated accessory system. Being able to attach or detach accessories without bending over is a small but meaningful feature. It also stands upright on its own, which is rare for handhelds and really handy for quick breaks during a cleaning session.
The wall-mounted charging dock is another bonus-it keeps things organized and the vacuum clips in easily.
Now for the drawbacks. The battery life isn't great. While it charges quickly (which is a plus), you really only get solid performance on the medium or high speed settings. The lowest setting barely picks anything up, so it's practically useless. But using the higher settings means the battery drains faster-especially if you're trying to do the whole house in one go.
It's a bit heavy for a handheld, which might not matter for quick clean-ups but can become noticeable if you're doing a more thorough job. The clearance between the floor and vacuum head is also quite low, which means it tends to jam up when moving between surfaces like hardwood and area rugs, or when trying to suck up something slightly larger, like a pebble or piece of kibble.
Emptying the canister isn't terrible, but it could be smoother-it feels a bit clunky and you might get your hands dirty. Also, the side suction isn't great, so if you're cleaning along baseboards, expect to go over the same area a few times for a thorough result.
Despite a few design flaws and some trade-offs in battery life and suction consistency, the Bissell Fur Finder is a solid performer for the price. If you've got shedding pets and are tired of vacuums that underperform, this one brings a lot to the table-especially in terms of thoughtful features and carpet performance. Just know that it has a few quirks, and you may need to work around its limitations for the best results. Overall, we're happy with it and would recommend it to other pet owners looking for a mid-tier, pet-hair-focused vacuum.

Love this vacuum

This vacuum is extremely easy to assemble, can be stored almost anywhere and has a great battery life. I was a bit concerned at first around the suction power, but those concerns were put to ease after just a few uses. As a parent with small children and pets, this vacuum has been awesome and I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Powerclean FurFinder vacuum did a great job at picking up all the pet hair in my house. It was very easy to put together out of the box. The vacuum also came with tools and a wall mount. It took about an hour or two to fully charge. The charging port was a little hard to access. The vacuum appears to be built very well with sturdy materials. However it felt a little heavy while vacuuming around house. Maybe it will take some time to get used to the weight. I really liked the fact that the vacuum can stand upright by itself when not in use. I also appreciated that the power stays on with one click. Some vacuums have to push and hold the power button. Not this one which is great. There were three levels of suction. I found the middle one to be sufficient. It’s nice that the vacuum starts in the middle level every time. We mostly used the vacuum on tile floors with a little bit of carpet. It handles all surfaces very well. The headlight was bright enough to see all the debris and pet hair on the floor. Nice feature to have. I don’t know how long the vacuum lasts on a full charge but I was able to vacuum the first floor without it dying. Overall the vacuum has been easy to use and has made cleaning the house much better.

Clean Rooms Everywhere Around Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder, I was captivated by its vibrant blue color. Despite its cordless design, I was initially surprised by its size and weight, but I quickly got used to it. The FurFinder seamlessly transitioned between hardwood, tile, carpet, and rugs, making the cleaning process more enjoyable. The adjustable power settings allowed me to customize the vacuum’s strength for different surfaces.
The FurFinder tool was incredibly effective in lifting and removing embedded pet hair. With my old vacuum, I had to repeatedly go over the same spot to remove the hair. However, with the FurFinder tool, I only needed one pass, and all the hair was eliminated.
The FurFinder Headlights were a game-changer. I never realized I needed them until I used them. They revealed the extent of pet hair and other dust, dirt, and debris that my pets had brought in. The headlights illuminated the service, allowing me to spot areas that might have been missed otherwise.
Overall, the vacuum was incredibly user-friendly. The different attachments were simple to change out. The tangle-free brush roll lived up to its name. After cleaning up pet hair from rugs and carpets, I expected to find strands tangled in the wheel, but to my surprise, there was nothing to remove. Another notable feature is the self-standing design, which is a great help when moving around the house. It eliminates the need to lean the vacuum against the wall or hang it back on the charger. If I were to adjust anything on this vacuum it would be the size of the vacuum head so that it can easily fit under multiple pieces of furniture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with this vacuum!! I have two short haired dogs with white fur and on my light floors, I don’t see much hair at all. But once I turned on the vacuum and the fur finder headlights lit up, I couldn’t believe how much hair there was! I find myself vacuuming multiple times a day now just because of how quick and easy this is to use. Rather than getting behind and having to deep clean, I love that I can maintain clean floors this way.
The self standing design is so nice when I need to stop quickly and tend to something without having to find the right surface to prop it up on. Definitely not a “must have” feature but it’s a huge plus. The lightness and quick detach with the foot pedal is great for quickly transitioning to vacuuming the couch.
Another great feature that I didn’t know I was missing is the brush and angled attachment in one. Simply sliding back the brush rather than changing out the attachment completely is brilliant!
It’s great on our thin washable rugs that usually get sucked up into vacuums, somehow this doesn’t and glides right over yet still gets all the dog hair.
Overall I love how every feature seems to have been thought out with ease of use in mind. Like I said at the beginning I am so impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stick vacuum. I have used it everyday since I got it. With the level of suction function, I was able to effortlessly move from vinyl floors to rugs and carpets. My favorite feature would have to be the headlights they really to help illuminate all the hair and dust on the floor. I do have darker floors so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. The headlights are also on the furfinder tool which works great at getting pet hair off of couches and other surfaces. The tangle free brush is a must in my house as both my daughter and I have extremely long hair. To clean the brush is so easy and there was little to no hair wrapped around which I was amazed. I also like how it is able to stand on its own so if you need to move further or what not, without it falling. It is also easy to switch between attachments. My only notes would be it sometimes has a hard time with bigger crumbs like chips or granola. Also, any furniture that sits lower than 5in off the ground you won't be able to stick the whole vacuum under. And lastly with the headlights I was able to see that really fine dirt from feet or shoes isn't always picked up. But that if fine with me. I'm just glad I know it's there now and use a dry mop to get it. Overall really impressed with this product and would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great vacuum! I previously owned a similar product that cost twice as much. This works as well or better. Good battery life - able to do the whole 2k sq ft house in a single charge. Works well on laminate, carpet, and area rugs. Great at picking up hair. I thought the lights were gimmicky before I used the vacuum but they’re actually really helpful. Collection container gets full quickly, but it’s simple to empty and probably wouldn’t fill so fast if I vacuumed more often. I highly recommend this vacuum, especially for the price. Fantastic value!
