[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder vacuum is a really great product for households with pets! We have a large dog that we nicknamed the Dutch Shedder because all he does is lay around and leave his hair everywhere. We had a mini robot vacuum we were using every single day before we got the Bissell and even though the Bissell doesn’t automatically start vacuuming, I now prefer it because it is lightweight, cordless and PICKS UP ALL THE HAIR!
The box it came in was small and lightweight and at first, I didn’t think it was good quality because it was so light but it’s held up really well. Even my toddler loves to “help me vacuum” and he had dropped it a few times and it’s all stayed together with no issues.
The suction itself has 3 levels. I found that the top level doesn’t do well on my washable rugs that I have as it is almost too powerful and pulls the rug from its base.
The lights on the front highlight the pet hair and small particles really well, even during daylight. The one thing I wish it did have was another light when you detached the base and want to just use the stick portion for the corners and crevices of your house. The lights are only on the main base.
I’ve never had a cordless vacuum before and this one comes with a base you can hang on the wall and charge! The base also holds all the other attachments for easy storage.
It works great on carpet! We have a medium length carpet and I was SHOCKED at how much dog hair was in the chamber after I ran it through my son’s room. I even did a little experiment and had our small robot vacuum run in his room first and then I went in after with the Bissell and the chamber ended up STILL FULL on the Bissell.
The charge would let me vacuum my whole house (1200sqft) but it would die if I used the highest suction power for longer than a couple minutes and I would need to wait for it to charge to vacuum again.
It took about 30 minutes to charge fully again so it has a quick turn around!
It’s free standing which was a game changer for me because our other larger stick vacuum was not and it was MUCH heavier so I had to lean all the way down to put it on the floor in between vacuuming to move things where as the Bissell just stands on its own! No more back breaking! 👏🏼
Overall, I would highly recommend this vacuum, especially for people with carpet and pets!

Great quality product

It’s lightweight but powerful, and it performed well across all the surfaces in my home—hardwood, tile, area rugs, and even thicker carpet. It picked up debris easily and transitioned between floor types without a hitch.
The FurFinder tool was a standout. I have two dogs who love the couch more than I do, and this attachment pulled embedded hair out of upholstery I thought was already clean. It definitely made a difference and cut down the time I usually spend lint rolling or hand-vacuuming furniture.
The FurFinder Headlights were surprisingly helpful too. I didn’t think I’d care about them, but they really highlighted hidden dust and pet hair, especially under furniture or in darker corners. I ended up vacuuming more thoroughly just because I could see what I was missing before.
As for usability, this vac is very user-friendly. The self-standing design is a game changer—no more laying it against a wall and hoping it doesn’t crash down. The tangle-free brush roll also lived up to its name. I haven’t had to stop and cut out hair once, which is a big win in my book.
Overall, this stick vac exceeded my expectations and has definitely improved my cleaning routine—especially as a pet owner.

Game changer for pet owners and parents alike

Enter the FurFinder Stick Vacuum—truly the best vacuum I've ever used. My favorite part - it operates so quietly that, for the first time, our dogs didn't bark at it—a small miracle in our home. This quiet performance makes cleaning less disruptive, especially during nap times. I enjoyed using it so much my husband asked to use it and he loved it too! My only complaint is that it is a little bit heavier than our most recent stick vacuum, but it makes up for that with the quiet motor and awesome suction.

Finally a Vacuum That Gets It All

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder has banished the "ugh" from vacuuming in our house! As a mom of a German Shepherd (aka the German Shedder) and three kids under 7 who drop food EVERYWHERE, this vacuum is a lifesaver. Its compact design slides under low furniture, a surprisingly bright light reveals hidden dust and fur, and it's so lightweight even the kids can help! The handheld attachment works great for cleaning the stairs, my couch, and even the car. And the full size vacuum transitions well from carpet to hardwood to tile and floor rugs. It's really the perfect all-in-one vacuum. The hanging attachment also fits nicely in my pantry so I can quickly grab the vacuum after meal time. My floors have never been cleaner.

Headlights are a game changer

From the moment I picked it up, I noticed how incredibly lightweight it was, making maneuvering around the house an absolute breeze. But the real game-changer for me? The headlights! Seriously, this feature is a revelation. Suddenly, I was seeing a whole new world of dust bunnies, pet hair, and crumbs hiding in plain sight. It actually made me want to keep vacuuming just to see what else I could unearth!
Beyond the illuminating aspect, the suction power is fantastic. It effortlessly tackled pet hair on my hardwood floors, tile, area rugs, and even the carpet in the living room. I was genuinely surprised at how well it picked everything up. Plus, the buttons for power and suction control are intuitively placed and easy to operate with just a touch.
What truly elevated this vacuum for me, though, was the included FurFinder tool. As a pet owner, I'm constantly battling stubborn hair clinging to my upholstered chairs and woven deep into the rugs. This attachment was a lifesaver! It effectively lifted even the most embedded pet hair, leaving these surfaces looking noticeably cleaner. It was particularly helpful for those tricky spots where the regular vacuum head couldn't quite get the job done.
Another huge plus was how quiet this vacuum is. My dog, who usually bolts at the first sign of the vacuum cleaner, barely even twitched. And my one-year-old daughter, who is easily startled, didn't bat an eye. This is a massive win for anyone with sensitive pets or little ones at home.
The only minor drawback I encountered was its bulkier head, which unfortunately meant it couldn't quite squeeze under my entryway table or the bathroom vanity. While this wasn't a dealbreaker for me considering all the other fantastic features, including the incredibly useful FurFinder tool, it's something to keep in mind if you have a lot of low-clearance furniture.
Overall, I highly recommend this stick vacuum. Awesome vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not getting my hopes up much when I got this vacuum because I have tried so many in the past that have disappointed. But I am obsessed with this one now. It's the one I always reach for. My dog doesn't shed much but my daughter's doll hair is ALL OVER THE PLACE. This vacuum actually sucks it up without any problem at all...AND it somehow doesn't get caught up in the roller part which is truly incredible. I love how easy it is to charge the vacuum, how easy it is to switch attachments as I'm going (from couch cushions to rug to hardwoods), and how well it cleans. My only complaint is somewhat of a compliment, too. The headlights are such a smart concept but also are almost too illuminating. They reveal every little piece of dust and so my type-A self gets frustrated when I can't get a hardwood floor perfectly dust free...even though without the light it looks fantastically clean haha. I will also say that while it is technically self-standing, mine topples over a good bit. A very small price to pay for no more doll hair everywhere I look!

Big fan of this vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several stick vacuums, including a Shark and a Dyson and this Bissell is the top contender! A huge difference from the Dyson is that you do not have to continuously hold a trigger for the vacuum to run. You just push a power button and there is a plus and minus button if you need more power and the vacuum does its job. The light on the front of the vacuum is a game changer. I could see every crumb and piece of hair with that light. It works great in daylight or with lights on and I oddly even enjoyed vacuuming in the dark because I felt like I could just see every little thing! The vacuum stands up great. Sometimes the stick vacuums are wobbly or don’t seem sturdy and that is not the case with this one. The battery life is long and it charges quickly. I also like how light it is to carry from room to room. My husband even started vacuuming! My young kids can use it! And they also enjoy it! It is easy to use and effective - basically all you could want in a stick vacuum!

A must have for pet parents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy new mama and dog mom to a very fluffy Airedale Terrier, I’m constantly trying to keep our home clean—but with minimal time and energy. I was genuinely excited to try a vacuum that could actually keep up with the real-life messes that come with pets, a baby, and busy family life.
Right out of the gate, I was impressed. This vacuum is super lightweight and glides easily across both hardwood and rugs. It handled every surface in our home without missing a beat. From high-traffic hallways to under-furniture corners, it performed far better than any cordless vacuum I’ve used before.
One of the standout features is the built-in headlights. They lit up pet hair, crumbs, and dust bunnies I didn’t even realize were there—especially along baseboards and under couches and coffee tables where messes like to hide. The FurFinder tool deserves a spotlight. It did an incredible job removing embedded pet hair from furniture and upholstery. Our dog sheds a lot, and this vacuum lifted fur from our rugs and couch cushions with ease. It’s definitely made a noticeable difference in our cleaning routine.
Even my husband, who was totally skeptical at first, ended up raving about it after trying it in his office (where our dog spends most of his day). My mom also borrowed it to clean her car and couldn’t believe how much fur, crumbs, and dirt it pulled from tight spaces between seats. Everyone who’s tried it has had the same reaction—“I had no idea all that was even in there!”
The customization is honestly one of my favorite parts. It quickly switches from a stick vacuum to a handheld, and the attachments click on and off effortlessly. The crevice tool is great for tight spots, and the FurFinder brush roll is ideal for pet hair. I used it on baseboards, stairs, furniture—you name it. It made cleaning feel faster and more targeted.
It also maneuvers beautifully, especially around and under low furniture, which is key when you’ve got little ones leaving snacks behind. The brush roll hasn’t tangled once, even after picking up a mix of pet fur and long human hair. And yes—it stands on its own without tipping over, which is such a small but sanity-saving feature when you’re constantly multitasking.
Charging is flexible, too. You can charge via the wall mount, directly into the battery pack, or into the handheld vacuum itself. Plus, the wall mount includes accessory storage that clicks in securely—so you don’t misplace attachments like I used to with other products.
Another big win? The dirt tank and filter are completely washable. That not only makes this vacuum more environmentally friendly, but it also saves money over time since you’re not constantly buying replacements. The dirt tank is easy to empty, and while it takes a bit of alignment to click it back in, it’s a minor detail in an otherwise seamless experience.
And let’s talk design—it’s sleek. This is one of the few vacuums I don’t mind leaving out. It looks modern and unobtrusive, not bulky or industrial.
Overall:
This vacuum is absolutely worth it—especially if you’re a pet parent. It’s powerful, thoughtfully designed, and shockingly versatile. From daily touch-ups to deep clean days, it delivers. I’d recommend it to anyone juggling kids, pets, and real-life messes.
