Absolutely love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been such an amazing product to use over the last few weeks. We have a baby and a cat who sheds like crazy and this has been so nice to do a quick clean up. The engine is very powerful and does a wonderful job getting the fur up and out of carpet. It also is very easy to maneuver and works well on tile and laminate flooring too. We mounted this right near our cats area and have used it almost daily to get litter and fur, the headlights are so helpful for finding areas we have previously missed.
I love some of the features such as the brush roll and free standing feature. The only feedback that I have is that the wall mount is oversized and can be difficult to find a spot in small spaces to mount. The large mount might be necessary for the design though since it is a free standing feature. Absolutely obsessed with this vacuum and so grateful to have it to keep our home tidier!

Great but not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used several stick vacuum cleaners, and this one ranks among the top with a few features that make it shine, and a few that make me wish I had something else.
Its cordless. It’s my first cordless stick vacuum and it makes it so easy to use. I may never go back to corded. HOWEVER - I will say the power and suction is only about 80% of what I’ve experienced with corded vacuums, so the full strength isn’t there.
Rubber brush. It is so nice that it doesn’t get clogged with hair or big junk like a bristle brush does. However, it does lose some of its grabbing power. While it grabs pet hair really well, I noticed it didn’t grab everything else as well as a bristle brush.
Charge time - it’s ok. I wish I could use it a few times before charging, but I plug it in every time after I use it.
Plastic parts and cleaning. The plastic parts feel cheap, and I’m worried that the dust cup piece that clips into it will break easily. All the other parts are lightweight which is nice, but don’t feel sturdy like other stick vacs.
Overall, I’m pleased with the portability and ease of use being cordless. I wouldn’t purchase it again, and would look for a better model with sturdier construction and more power.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really Great Vacuum with Thoughtful Features
on May 1, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd like to start with admitting to the group I am a total clean freak. But with a toddler and a shed-happy dog running around, I've had to, er, sacrifice here and there on having a spotless house. Enter the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder!
This stick vacuum has totally made my cleaning routine so much easier. The built-in headlights (which to be honest I originally thought may be gimmicky) are surprisingly useful—being able to actually see the dust, fur, and crumbs makes a huge difference, especially under furniture or along the baseboards. The fact that it stands up on its own is a total win for me. As a parent, I’m often pulled away mid-vacuuming from someone knocking something over or reaching for something they shouldn't be (see: husband, dog OR child) and not having to worry about it tipping over while I handle the chaos is a big relief! My old stick vacuum would require me to prop it up carefully against a corner before making my exit. Not anymore! I love that it is for use on both hardwoods and carpets, and seems to do a fantastic job at cleaning both.
It does come with several attachments which makes it super versatile for everything from floors to furniture. I just spent an entire afternoon using the finer detailing attachments to deep clean under my couch cushions and let me just say headlights under those? Terrifying! Yet, soooo satisfying to clean. I found that it was very effective at pulling most (but not all) of the pet hair embedded underneath. The dust bin is easy to remove and empty, which is great for managing my allergies.
The only downsides I’ve noticed: the suction isn’t quite as powerful as some older models I’ve used but I would say it definitely still gets the job done. I also wonder if I may just notice more dust now left behind with the headlights so it could be a placebo effect! Lastly, the power adjustment button could be more user-friendly compared to my older vacuum. Since it's the same button for both higher and lower settings, you have to keep pressing it to cycle through. Not a dealbreaker, just a little annoying.
Overall, it's a well-designed and super effective vacuum that fits right into my messy life! I highly recommend.

Great cordless vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first cordless vacuum and I am impressed. It works great on both carpet and hardwood. I really like the headlights, especially for hardwood, to better see what needed cleaning. The FurFinder tool is a nice addition though not something I need to use on an everyday basis. It did pull up more hair and dirt than a normal setting.
Overall this vacuum is really easy to use and effective. I like how it is lightweight and comes with a wall hanging option. We have started vacuuming more because it is so easy to pull this vac out for a quick sweep. My only complaint is the battery life but since I've never used a cordless vac before, this might be the norm.

Great tool for a toddler and dog household

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great tool to have in a house with a toddler and a dog. I use it almost daily, cleaning up dog bone crumbs, hair, or the mess from meal times. The attachments for upholstery and fur are great for cleaning our couches after our dog has laid on them. I love the cordless feature, and how easy it is to just hang back up when done. Thank you to Stellar for giving me the opportunity to review this product!

Best feature is the light
on May 1, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with we have a ridiculously fluffy Persian / Himalayan long-haired cat that sheds the equivalent to 5 cats. Now that the weather is getting warmer, it is officially shedding season and the Bissell Powerclean FurFinder vacuum arrived at the perfect time. After using the stick vacuum for a few weeks, I’ve been consistently pleased with its ability to capture the “tumbleweeds” of fur that collect and pick up the litter across our wood floors and tile. I liked that it doesn’t blow things around as much as other vacuums and holds a decent amount of dust, dirt, and hair in the tank. The best feature is hands down the bright headlight, but the lightweight size, HEPA filter, and ability to easily clean the dirt tank are a nice bonus. The run time depends on which battery power level you select out of the 3 options ranging from low / medium / high, but I have been able to get most of my house (~3,000 square feet) swept on one charge on the lowest setting once or twice. It would be a perfect vacuum for a smaller home, but it’s nice for quick cleans in a larger home as well. There is less hair wrap in the brush roll, and the accessories store nicely in the wall mount. It does not do well picking up debris when pulling the vacuum toward you instead of pushing it away, but that’s typical for most vacuums. I tried using the crevice tool and brush on my car upholstery and gave up almost immediately because it was bulky and hardly picked up the mess. Another drawback is that the vacuum sound / noise is loud enough that it really frightens the cat anytime I use it - he was fine with our previous vacuum. One improvement I would strongly recommend is the ability to turn the brush head off so I can vacuum my textured rugs without damaging them. Overall, it’s a decent stick vacuum with good suction and tools on floors – the light is a game changer for illuminating hidden hair and dirt to battle the endless amount of debris that accumulates every couple days.

Above and Beyond

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissel PowerClean FurFinder goes above and beyond! I have two small kids and a white German Shepherd puppy that seems to be shedding year round. I cannot say enough about the brilliance of adding the FurFinder Headlights to the design. I simply didn't realize how much hair I was missing because we have light colored laminate flooring. With the headlights, it's easy to find all of the fur. The stick vac picks up on the first pass as well (which is a huge plus!). I've used it on the laminate, carpet, and rug and because it has easy control settings (low, medium, high), it's really easy to find the setting that works best for any flooring. Between the kids and the dog, this thing is at least half full every time I run it, so I also appreciate the easy empty canister. I have even used the supporting attachments to clean our patio furniture. It does a great job of getting all those white dog hairs off of my navy blue patio set. Lastly, it's easy to maneuver into challenging areas (underneath the dining table and between the chairs) and I love the self-standing design because I'm pretty consistently interrupted by my kiddos so can easily pause, stand it up and take care of business.

I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a vacuum cleaner I would get again.
Here is why: - It is quiet (my daughter didn't even turn up the TV) - It is powerful (and I only use the lowest level) - It sucks up even larger debris (bye bye cereal and annoying onion peals) - It has a light, which really highlights the dust and hair (I didn't realize how dirty my floor were) - It stands by itself (it is well balanced, considering that it is top heavy) - I don't have to hold the button to keep it running - yeah!! - It pulls in dust and hairs, even when not in direct contact and therefore cleans super close to walls and cabinets - It rolls so smooth and quietly over my hardwood floor due to the use of rubber wheels - It fits under my couch (hello - dog toy, I haven't seen you in weeks) - Battery life is awesome: I did the entire downstairs on one charge (=1500sq f) and it was still going - Of course, it uses a battery, so no need to have to deal with a cord and constant unplugging to be able to reach another corner
There are a couple down sides, but they weren't as important to me: - It is heavier than others. However, with the smooth wheels this is not an issue to roll around - Emptying the cylinder is a two-step process (remove the top filter and clean it, then dump the barrel to empty)
Used on hardwood floor, a few runners and dog beds.
