My son informed me about the otter case. After some research, all of which was positive. I decided to purchase a case for my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro. It was easy to fit and all of the cut-outs are in the right place. I am very pleased with the product.

I love Otterbox and my family has one on every electronic device we have, Iphone, Ipad, Samsung Galaxy phone and tablet. I wouldn't use anything else to protect my devices. This case is my most recent purchase and it was an immediate purchase after getting a tablet for Christmas. I love the overall protection it provides and the built in stand with the cover is great. The case covers the tablet completely. I love this case and trust it to protect my device. If I could make any improvements it would be to try and make it lighter and add a port cover for the microSD card. My particular case also has a problem on the back where the Otterbox logo is. There is a cutout in the outer rubber case and it doesn't fit properly over the raised area on the inner hard case where the logo is.

At the time of writing, this case is the best on the market. Unfortunately, it's still not enough. While the Otterbox adds a lot of bulk and weight to the Note 12.2, I don't know just how much protection it ensures. Certainly not enough for me to test it out, so I end up wrapping it in a scarf when I put it in my bag to take to work (landscaping). The screen protector does not seem top-of-the-line: it looks as if it does not make complete contact with the screen. And the most frustrating feature is that I cannot access the microSD slot without removing the case (which is not all that easy to do). All that said, I don't feel like the case has impeded the performance of the Note 12.2.
