Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get this upgraded phone but the performance is subpar. It freezes. It's very slow to load web pages and seems to have trouble locating the network or roaming service when not connected to the wifi at home. These problems with freezing and slow loading occurr even when connected to the wifi at home. The desktop is connected to the same wifi and experiences no problem.

This product has awesome features, including AI!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my S25 FE to keep in touch with my friends and family, including my fiancée, who's 2 hours away from me, as I'm in a nursing home with Cerebral Palsy and I'm a partial paraplegic. Well, I've used AI to create pictures of us together. AI has helped me exponentially, in text messages, writin' stuff... Voice has helped me as well, as typing is difficult at times. Thank you for such an awesome phone! This is the best phone I've ever had! It's great for somebody like me with Cerebral Palsy, who has difficulty with my hands and speech at times., and the camera... Hands down, the best I've seen! If I zoom into the moon, I can see the details of it!

A Decent Phone For The Money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this phone to replace a previous Android. I use it for my personal calls, logging into my work computer, taking photos, watching videos, email, and social media.
My previous phone was a Samsung A53, which was okay, but had a no-frills camera that took lousy photos in low light. This phone definitely has a better camera witb more zoom features.
This phone has good video/audio quality, and it's as fast as I had intended.
While this isn't a high-end phone, I'd recommend it for all-purpose, everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great. I upgraded from my galaxy S24FE. The phone is super smooth while using it. The adaptive frame rate works great. White color is my favorite and 256GB is great. Hoping next time they will ad a 512GB. Overall I have enjoyed it so much. The AI features that come with the phone are awesome. I'm getting used to them to make my experience even better. Oh! And the anti-reflecting screen protector from samsung it's wonderful. I cannot believe how good it is.
