[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge long time fan of samsung and use nothing else other than galaxy devices. Their the best never had any issues with any of the galaxy devices I've had over the years. And galaxy ai is really amazing as well it literally learns how you think to a point that it understands you almost intuitively.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone freezes alot and when it updates everything resets to factory settings. And then i have to change it back everytime. After updates passwords that are saved for apps in phone get erased. Also After updates I get locked out of my phone and can't get back in cuz it doesn't recognize my password to unlock phone.

My galaxy s25 has everything I need

My gaming application is so fun and easy to use for someone like myself who is technically challenged. My s25 is easy user friendly as well. Love my phone

This product already has obsolete features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That's right only after 1mo this phone already has obsolete features. First it stated with Ai not letting me use gemeni as I was under the age of 18, I had my 25th high school reunion 2yrs ago... so I am definitely OVER. I have gone and added apps that were being promoted to me only to have to un̈install as soon as I get on them because they are not compatible with my device. Why offer them then?!?!?
