I've had these for a month .
Instead of fitting into the ear canal they hook into you ear. These are so comfortable that I have forgotten they are there. I listen to audio books an music all the time. No problem with falling out as I am doing yard work , etc. Necause they are small my ears/head does not over heat on long business meetings. Of course sound quality is amazing.

The fit was perfect but the sound was awful try turning up 4 more volume couldn't get any more volume. If it had more volume it would be a great product

Great sound bad for conversation

Got them for Father's day and so far they work great.
One note even though sound quality is outstanding, talking on the phone you must talk extra loud for the other person hear you.

Great Looks, Poor Quality.

If I was rating the looks/design I would give it a 100/10, I love the looks and the futuristic style headphone… However, sound quality when you are in the phone (which is mainly why I got them) is poor.
They cannot hear clearly, sound will sporadically stop working, sometimes even making a weird loud noise on your ear.
I continue trying the product because I’m a huge fan of bose, hopefully with a few upcoming updates they can work around them.
The idea is there, product was rushed…

best of both worlds

Finally someone figured it out how to make earbuds for sports. These actually stay in the ear, no matter how much you sweat and jump. The sound is great, actually, and they don't seal up your ear. Best earbuds for running I ever tried.

I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and really like them. I had the older version but lost the right side of the speaker in the 2024 Ride London.
This new version stays in your ear, it’s more miniaturized and just as powerful. Love it. Sounds great.

Beautiful Sound

I just purchased these a few weeks ago. When they arrived I could hardly wait to give them a try. Beautiful. Exactly what I expected from a Bose product. However, I have to be honest and say something about the earbuds going silent out of the clear blue sky. I often use them while riding my bike and have them connected to my iPhone. I carry my phone in a pocket that is less than 24" from the earbuds. On multiple occasions, I have had to stop, put the buds back in their case, disconnect the phone connection, and start all over again. What up with this problem? Otherwise, I LOVE THEM.

Unique design and sound

I bought this item less then a month now. I love how compact and easy it is to place in pockets without the bulk. I love the unique design. I feel no pressure in my ears and and sound is amazing.I can wear my eyeglasses without any interference. The only negative is the phone call quality is ok. I understand its a open headphone. Other then that I highly recommend them.
