the sound is very good, in one month, it dropped twice and it took more than 4 hours to find it.

Very good features

Purchased about a month ago. I'm enjoying the product because I wear glasses, and it doesn't irritate the top of my ear trying to wear them both at once. I do have trouble with the other person hearing me sometimes, while on calls. Outside sounds tend to drown out music, even when it's at high volume. Debating on keeping or returning.

Bose Ultra Open Earbuds

I've had these Ultra Open Earbuds for a month and I could not be more pleased! I own numerous Bose products and know the quality sound that Bose produces. Buying these UOE allow me to hear good quality music and can hear the outside world makes my experience at another level. Bose has once again shown another innovative product that is worth the price!

This are some of the best open earbud on the market. However, my priority is using for phone calls, not listening to music. Therefore, unless a firmware comes out to improve phone calls, I will be returning for that very reason.

Thanks for your review! Since you mentioned having issues on phone calls, try installing firmware update 4.0.22 (or later). This version was released to bring enhancements to your far-end call performance via improved voice pickup.

Loss of Sound

I bought them a couple of weeks ago, but I’m having trouble with my earbud for my right ear sometimes there is static or no sound at all. My earbuds are up to date. So I’m not sure why the one earbud is not working properly. For the amount of money I spent on these earbuds I would think there would be no issues with them.
