Ridiculously Comfortable!

These are so ridiculously comfortable! I have an ear bud rejection problem- I've struggled with both in ear and over ear all not fitting right or falling out. These completely solve this issue! The fit is 💯! The sound is pretty phenomenal and it essentially sounds like the music is in the room versus in your ear. Perfect for rural living in the Colorado mountains and hiking/biking in bear and mountain lion country! Only small issue I have so far- the EQ when using guided cycling workouts (using my Nordictrack +iFit) that has a trainer speaking with background music, it gets a little quiet and unbalanced. I have to crank the mids and volume up. Not a huge deal to have my ears open, otherwise I just use my Quiet Comfort Ultras : )

Unstable Bluetooth/ Bad phone calls clarity

I have all kinds of bose ear buds, I have 4 Shokz bone conduction headphones. I said I finally found the right one for better sound quality, comfortable, until I experienced connection problems on the right ear and the person s I’m calling kept on complaining that they cannot hear me clearly .

I'm glad you've been enjoying the sound quality and comfort of your Ultra Open Earbuds! If you're having connection problems on the right ear, try rebooting your smartphone, as this can help stabilize the Bluetooth connection.

Also, if the person you're calling says they cannot hear you clearly, try installing firmware update 4.0.22 (or later), which was released to bring enhancements to your far-end call performance via improved voice pickup.

Just a perfect fit.

I purchased my earbuds just a few weeks ago one of the smartest purchases. The reason why I say this because at my job, they allow us to use earbuds as long as you can hear the other person, but these are so convenient perfect fit.

Cool new headphones!

I bought these a month / month and a half ago and have used them every day since. I work out several times a week with these and wear them walking around the city and on my commutes. They are great. Off the bat, I have to echo the connectivity issues that other reviewers stated. I experienced it more in the first couple of weeks - I haven’t had that much issue with it as of late, admittedly, but it is so annoying when they disconnect randomly. In my opinion, for $300 in 2024, Bluetooth connectivity should be the least of my worries… that’s why I took off one star. that being said, they do not budge AT ALL and the sound quality is amazing!! 4+ mile runs and they don’t budge an inch. I’m on the subway and despite their lack of noise-canceling I can hear my music perfectly clear on medium to high volume. They are so extremely comfortable there have been several times over the last couple of weeks where I’ve nearly entered the shower with them on because I completely forgot they were there. The product is great! Would recommend, especially if you’re into more experimental / newer products like this :)

While the sound and comfort is very good, phone calls leave much to be desired. The mic picks up so much background noise to the point that your voice is overwhelmed and lost to others on the call. To be heard, be sure you take all calls inside in a quiet space, even then the mic quality is good on only a few calls. If this issue is fixed, these would be a truly great set of earbuds.

Another great comfy ear phone !

I bought this to check it out as to sound , Bass and features compared to on ear and in ear phones that I owned .. verdict .. very comfortable , won’t even feel that it’s hanging on my ears . Only flaws so far is kept on cutting off during listening then troubleshooting was resetting it as recommended.
