It sounds like something hasn't connected correctly or audio routing is incorrect on the phone, so, I'd recommend visiting this page to troubleshoot this: https://support.bose.com/s/display-articles?productId=01t8c00000OlcI5AAJ&articleId=ka08c000001bujeAAA&language=en_US.
Also, firmware update 4.0.22 has been released, bringing enhancements to your far-end call performance via improved voice pickup. Try installing this update (or later) via the Bose app, and see if the issue improves.

Quality of sound

I gave it four stars because the sound is not as good as if it was inside the ear although I know it is open air I like more quality of sound

Comfortable and Amazing Sound

I LOVE these! The sound is amazing and they are so comfortable. I originally had Apple air pod pros that I was allergic to the metal. So these are perfect.

Poor sound quality on calls...audio is not loud enough in noisy conditions for listening to music....no power on power off ?.....notifications don't always work for ear buds that can be worn all day...not satisfied at all....the bose sport open ear buds were better quality ...now discontinued

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear you've had issues with poor sound quality and low volume. This could be attributed to poor fit, as this is important to achieve the best performance in sound delivery. With notifications, It's a good idea to check your smartphone is routing notifications to the buds, as this can sometimes be disabled on the phone, and with regard to power, they are powered off when placed in the charging case.

Sounds great just hope I don’t lose them

I decided to buy these after my bone conducting headphones stopped working. I was always hesitant to buy wireless earbuds because they always fall out of my ears while working out. These seemed to be the best choice because they clip to the outside of my ear canal. The sound quality is what I would expect from Bose and from an open ear headphone. They do cause some ear pain over time where they clip that I will get used to over time. My main problem is the lack of a find my earbuds function in the app. I was told there was a plethora of problems in the past with this function so they removed it. If Bose brought back this function it would be worth another star. However if Bose were to make some sort of lanyard attaching them that would make me feel more at ease on my bike rides.

My wife has a pair of bose earbuds and works from home. I bought the ultra open earbuds to help her hear the open meetings that she usually attends through conference calls. I asked her to try them out and she was excited about the new design. She gave me the quiet comfort earbuds and now she can enjoy her music and meetings at the same time. Thank you for the new product.

I bought these earbuds 2 weeks ago via ID.me. I have been wanting to have a pair of earbuds to workout and playgolf. I pulled the trigger and so glad I did! This was an excellent purchase as they are comfortable, exceptional sound quality and a very long lasting battery. I love the design and technology features, they stay on no matter the workout situation. I practice at the range and go out an play a round and they stay on without adjusting around my ear. I would recommend these earbuds to anyone looking to find a great if not best earbuds in the current market!

These are better than any other earbuds I have. Great sound and yet can still carry on a conversation without having to remove them
