Great listening experience

These are the first earbuds I have been able to wear comfortably for any activity throughout the day. Nothing else ever fit my ears. The immersive audio motion setting means my music surrounds me wherever I go while still being aware of my surroundings.

Great addition to my listening options

I bought these a few weeks ago. Very happy with the purchase so far. My first pair of open earbuds. Love the balance between listening to music and being able to hear what's around me at the same time. Comfortable to wear for extended periods. Simple to use.

Its design. Sound quality is great! It’s just that the microphone effect during calls is very poor!

Firmware update 4.0.22 was released to bring enhancements to your far-end call performance, via improved voice pickup. Try installing this update (or later) via the Bose app, and see if the issue improves.

Just buy them -esp if you hate in-ear earbuds

I love them. I have been patiently waiting for wireless earbuds that allow me to hear my surroundings AND don’t go in my ear and these are it. Very comfortable. Easy to attach. I haven’t ran in them but have exercised and they stay put. Amazing sound quality like you expect from Bose.

Exactly what I wanted…..

Ordered these open ear buds - hoping that the features (and fit) would work for me. They are exactly what I wanted! I walk 20 miles a week and ride mountain bikes 2 or 3 days a week. I wanted a product that allowed me to listen to music, but still able to clearly hear what’s around me. I also get tired of earbuds jammed into my ear canal - sometimes making my ears sore, not to mention the damage from listening to punk rock too loud. These open buds shoot the sound to your ear canal with surprising clarity. Jazz / classical / rock / podcasts all sound great. No - they’re not noise cancelling, and the sounds isn’t as great as my Bose QC’s, but they’re perfect for what I wanted. Great product - highly recommend.

Great music, bad phone calls

I bought those earbuds few weeks ago... The sound of the music is great, but the quality of the phone calls is horrible, a lot of background noise, I can barely hear what people say having a phone call. I hope that Bose makes some updates in the software.

Great udea

I love the Open Ear Buds! The only issue I have is that needs to be considered is, everyone ear is not the same. I think they Buds needs to feel a little tighter to get perfect sound. Sometimes it hard for people to hear you, because the Buds aren’t press on the bone or whatever that transfer the sound. A little tighter fit will solve that small issue. Other than that, I love it. Now if you do change something base on this, remember me. Thanks
