I bought the Bose ultra open earbuds last month. It’s a great buy with great quality. Music sounds perfect. My callers can’t hear me as clearly though as they always say I sound distant.

Buy these! Worth the money

Overall, I am very happy with these buds. My only reason for 4 amd not 5 stars...they start hurting my ears after a few hours. I use them for my work conference calls all day.

I bought these for my niece recently. She has always had trouble fitting the in ear buds in her tiny ears. She loves them only taking them out to charge them.

I have only been using it for two weeks, which has been nice. It is very light and comfortable, perfect for using while I am at work. I used to own a different brand of earphones, but they just hurt my ears and they slip off at times. This one is perfect for my tiny ears. At first, I was not used to the look of it, but now it just looks like an additional accessory. Of course, sound quality is Bose quality! I love BOsE products, as always.

Bought this is be more vigilant when I run and while it helps, the quality of the sound is still lacking. The best feature is the compact size and style, otherwise it's a good product.

They are comfortable, the sound quality is better than the knock off versions I've owned but the Bluetooth connectivity is lacking and the battery does not stay charged for more than 4hrs. Which is actually worse than the cheap ones. On my Jlab open ear headphones the stay charged for 2-3 days of use and they connect to multiple Bluetooth devices. Not really sure what to do here as these are 4x as expensive as competitors.

Minimize interference from other wireless devices such as Wi-Fi routers or microwaves. Make sure both your Bluetooth device and your phone or computer have the latest updates. If issues persist, try removing and re-pairing the device, or perform a full reset to clear any connection glitches.
