Great sound!

Bought the Diamond Ultra Open earbuds a couple of weeks ago and was impressed by how it sounded and that you can adjust the sound to your liking with the equalizer. The only negative thing i can say is that the color of the earbuds doesn't really match how it appears in the pictures.

Sound quality is very good. However I issue with trying get them adjusted so it's loud enough, unless I am in a totally quiet place.

Really cool innovative design for ear buds. Like the open bud concept. Exceptional sound quality. No worries on it falling out. Overall excellent sound and design. I got the Special Edition LISA open buds and love love love them.

Waiting on a replacement

There is a short in the left unit. I sent out to be replaced on the second day in my possession. So technically I have only a limited opinion until I get my new ones. Not sure when I’ll ever get them it’s been almost a month now.

Very disappointed

I bought these about a month ago and I’m very disappointed with them. I cannot hear anyone and no one can hear me.
The only time they are good is if I’m isolated in office alone, I would not recommend this purchase to anyone
