Connectivity glitches

Overall good sound and I enjoy the stereo vs immersion settings. I also love the comfort. I do not love the connectivity glitches/static, issues reconnecting after switching devices, etc. I also don't like that they don't stop playing when I take them out of my ears like the Quiet Comfort headphones.

I love these. They are so comfortable I forget they are on sometimes. I would buy this product again! Oh and did I mention I ordered them in the afternoon and they were literally in my driveway THE NEXT DAY! I was impressed.

Is it my ear shape?? Should I look for better fit

I can not get the earbuds to fit my ears to hear the best sound. If I press them into my ears the sound is better, but not able to keep them there.

I have had them 2 weeks and the only issue I have is with the volume you can’t turn them up on a phone call

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear about the volume issue you have encountered with your Bose Ultra Open earbuds. Increase the volume by pressing the button on the right earbud twice and continue to hold the second press. The volume increases as you hold the button. Release the button when you reach the desired volume level. Decrease the volume by pressing the button on the left earbud twice and continue to hold the second press here:
