I bought this product about a month ago the design is ok but the volume for incoming calls is to low I just barely hear,battery life won’t last long

Hello, thanks for leaving your review of the Ultra Open Earbuds. I can confirm you should expect around 7 hours of battery life with immersive audio turned off (4 hours with it turned on.) A 10-minute charge in the case can provide up to 2 hours of additional use.
With call volume, please ensure the volume is turned up on the buds, but also check your smartphone as in some cases, you may find smartphones offer variable volume adjustment, so you may need to increase the call volume via the phone also.

I bought these to use for exercising/trail running as my AirPods don’t stay in my ears very well. The sound is good, especially when considering that they are not in-ear buds. The controls for volume, etc are not always easy/reliable. That being said, they work pretty well for exercising.

Great option for small ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these because I have really small ear canals and have yet to find a comfy and functional ear bud that doesn't hurt my ears. While I'm still getting used to the open-ear and ear cuff design, so far I really like these! The sound is great and they are so light on my ears with no discomfort. So far I haven't noticed any slippage on runs. My only complaint is that they aren't as easy to pop on your ears as an ear bud, which I can do one-handed and on the fly.

They are great for activities where you are moving, since they stay comfortably in place. The sound is great, although they are not loud enough to overcome the sounds of a lawnmower or other power equipment. I have had 6 different brands and styles of ear buds and these are the best yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these for a Christmas present for myself. They are very comfortable and feel like wearing nothing. The microphones are placed on the inside so you have to adjust them sometimes for people to hear you.They also have great sound!
