The open earbuds is not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love noise canceling Bose earbuds, but the open earbuds is not for me. I really don’t like it and I’ve been having a hard time trading it in.

I am sorry to hear that you are not fully happy with your Ultra Open Earbuds due to their open feature. It is true that these earbuds have a different design and don't offer noise cancellation, so if you are used to noise cancelling headphones or earbuds, this model will give you a different experience. Amazing Earbuds

I can hear what is going on around me without sacrificing sound quality. I will never buy a pair of non Bose headphones again!

Defiantly telling friends and family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on my second set of headphones. After less than a month my initial pair wouldn’t charge. In addition, when on calls people could not hear me and the call broke up a lot. Sound quality of music was great. Comfort level was also great. For the price, I expected more.
