Cons: When making phone calls people cant hear me while we are talking sometimes so that kinda stinks. the phone is right next to me so im not sure why buds/phone are cutting out. They feel good on my ears and I can hear what is going on around me. Much better than an ear bud that fits in my ear. The sounds quality is really good too.

Great quality sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for Christmas and I love the way they fit on your ear and are not inside your ear. I just wish that the battery life lasted longer than five hours. And that’s the maximum. The right bud usually is 30% lower than my left bud. All in all, I’m very happy with them and I find them to be comfortable, and the quality of sound is outstanding.

At last - comfortable ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had these a few weeks but they are incredible! I'm so excited about finally finding earbuds that are comfortable. I can't wear in ear - they are painful. I actually forget I'm wearing these and not listening to speakers. I can hear others speak to me with them in and they can't hear my music. I wear them in office and can even answer the office landline phone with them in without issue.
And the sound is incredible. Just what you would expect from Bose. Clear, full sound when listening to music or audio book/podcast.
The controls are a bit fiddly at first, but it took a very short period of time to get them figured out. Although they don't turn off when you remove them from your ears, they aren't hard to turn off. One quick click.
I also really like that I can pair them with my phone and my laptop so I don't have to put on headphones to participate in a remote meeting.
I am really happy I purchased these.

Love open earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These open earbuds are great for sports—easy to use, stay secure even during HIIT workouts, and provide clear sound. I highly recommend them for cardio, HIIT, running, and more. They offer two different hearing modes, and the immersive audio makes it feel like the singers are right next to me. However, the waterproofing might be a concern. This is my second set; the first one couldn’t connect to my iPhone and overheated while charging. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty, so I received a replacement for free.
