Best open earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so thrilled with these earbuds, all in-ear types are painful to me, and the sound quality on my bone-conduction headphones wasn't great. These barely feel like they're there, they are cute, and the sound is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a little bit of trepidation buying these because of some of the reviews I read about open ear buds in general, but all those fears and concerns were baseless. The sound of these are excellent, but the true differentiating factor is their comfort. They’re very secure on your ears, but they are so comfortable that sometimes you forget you have them on. The other aspect of these that I like is that you don’t feel like you were in a tunnel like you do with some earbuds that fit into the ear canal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy, many complaints. Not catching onto Bluetooth many a times, left earbuds having issue in charging as well as flashing red for no reason, since the next moment it will show 100% charge, all kind of issues

Nice sound. Terrible call quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the open ear design, the comfort, and the sound quality for listening (music, podcasts, etc) so why 2stars? 1. I’ve had off and on again issues with the two buds being slightly out of sync (echo chamber) and have had to reset the buds twice in the first month to resolve. 2. The biggest single frustration- the microphone quality for phone calls is terrible, rendering them borderline unusable for calls with friends and completely unusable for business calls. I have tried to use these in several quiet locations, unfortunately always with the same result. Calls on the Ultra Opens are so frustrating that I have to carry an old pair of 3rd gen airpods in case a call comes in. I have the current update installed. I’m wearing them properly. Just a poor set of design choices that results in a disappointing product. Worth it?

Sound quality like no other

I used to use over the ear headphones and that was unsafe not being able to hear someone approaching from behind. The sound quality is impeccable!! Thank you Bose!!

Most comfortable ear buds ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these ear buds because Bose means quality sound. I did not expect the absolute comfort. I usually have to take ear bid out after an hour or so, but not these!! To add to the magnificence of these bud, the feel of surround sound while you listen to anything is nothing short of magical. I always expect excellence from Bose. These blew my expectations out of the water. I am in love.
