Mostly good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a refurbished pair about a month ago before traveling abroad. They take a minute to get used to but are very comfortable for long-time wear and allow you to stay attuned to the environment around you. I find that often only one headphone will connect and I have to reset the other one by putting it back in the case and taking it out which is annoying for a product at this price point (even refurbished). I don’t have a great sense yet about how much other people can hear what I’m listening to so I’m always aware of that and, until I can get some feedback/testing in with people I know, I find that a bit of a detractor. I’ve also tried to take calls with them and always have to switch to my phone because of complaints about my audio. So these headphones are great for a very specific purpose—comfortable long-term wear when you don’t want to appear “plugged in” and remain aware of the environment around us. They do not match performance for taking calls, noise cancellation, or peak audio quality and that’s because that’s not how they’re designed. They won’t be my main headphones, but I will use them often for those very specific purposes.

Not for big ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked these up for riding my bike. I wear sport glasses while riding and for comfort reasons I wanted a pair of open air earbuds that didn't go around my ears like my Oladance OWS Pro. They have a solid sound once you get the right fit. I have larger ears and the normal position these should be in really affect the sound. So I position them lower and closer to the earlobe in order to achieve a better fit and sound. If my ears were smaller these would be outstanding hence why I gave it 5 stars but personally for me, these buds are more like a 3.

Has a flaw with calls

Followed the troubleshooting procedure and it did not fix the issue.
Bose replaced the earbuds. The replacement pair have the same issue.
I have discovered that if you remove one earbud when you are on the phone the person can hear you. But with one earbud removed you have issues hearing in noisy environments.
Hopefully they will be able to fix the issue but so far not impressed with call usage.
The sound for music is great and I like that I can hear what is going on around me.

Nice headphones, with some room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these about a month ago. I am enjoying them much more than I thought I would. They are great for working out and wearing indoors. I don’t think they get loud enough to use outside in an urban environment. Even at max volume, they don’t cut it in NYC when walking around outside. Call quality could still be improved a bit. I’ll continue to use my AirPods Pro outside, but I still enjoy these.

Even better than expected!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these earbuds to replace my AirPods and I couldn’t be happier. They are very comfortable and sometimes I forget I have them on. I love that they don’t block my ear so I am still aware of my surroundings. I use them for listening to music as well as answering incoming phone calls for work and I love that I can do both simultaneously.
