Best headphones ever!! I forget they are in sometimes because they are so comfortable. The sound quality is wonderful too. Now, I do wish the phone option was better because people sometimes say I sound muffled. Hopefully they will fix that with the next version which I’ll for sure buy again!!

I have trouble with in-ear devices - one ear opening seems to be smaller than other and what fits one ear won't the other. I love my other Bose products and their reputation for sound quality and decided this was my chance to have an innovative device that doesn't invade my ear canal, and I am glad I did. Sound quality, fit, comfort, versatility - I have it all now. Thanks, Bose

Bought this for Christmas, very comfortable, surprisingly long battery life and the earbuds themselves charge very fast in the case.

I'm on the fence about these right now. I've only been using them about 2 weeks. The immersion sound quality is great! I have not had ear buds that sit like this on the ear so that is definitely an adjustment. I felt like the rim of my ear hurt a bit the first couple days, but now they don't really bother me. My main issue is that every time I place a call the sound cuts out and people say they can't hear me at all or I sound very far away. I use my ear buds all day for work so if this doesn't improve they would be a waste of money for me

I bought a couple of these open earbuds, one for me and one for my girlfriend. It fits great on my ear especially when I go out for a run. The only issue is that there's occasionally static noise coming out from the earbuds and sometimes one of the earbuds briefly looses connections to my music streamed from my phone's Bluetooth. Otherwise, it is a good product and has good sound quality.
