Just what I needed

These are perfect for the gym and for listening to books while out for a walk. Really comfortable, secure, and they don’t interfere with my glasses. Sound quality is excellent.

I bought them a month ago to use at work with Microsoft Teams. They connect easily but the connection sporadically disconnects and the battery life does not get me through my 10 hour work day. Even though they are connected to my laptop I do not get ping notification when the come through. No audio notification received.

Hello Mel, I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the Ultra Open earbuds and the comfort they provide. The battery life will vary depending on the settings enabled. With the immersive audio Off, you'll get 7 hours, with the immersive audio On: 4 hours. And with immersive audio AND auto volume On: 3 Hours.

From Excited to currently disappointed

I received my Earbuds about a week ago and was very excited because well they are Bose. I haven't purchased new earbuds in several years so I thought I've earned a new set. I must say I am disappointed with the volume level of the buds (they just don't seem to get loud enough) for my taste. The quality itself seems good. I admit I haven't explored the full features yet but if I can't change or improve this I may end up returning them.

Great but...

These are the most comfortable a secure ear phone speakers I have tried.
I have had a problem getting them to connect to apps on my phone... music and podcasts come through but phone calls and internet calls from WhatsApp , Messenger and SnapChat do not always connect through the earbuds.

Could be better

Sound quality is great. Do not like the pain they cause from clamping on the ear. Battery life sucks, only lasts half of my workday.

The battery life of the buds is Up to 7 hours of play time and if the battery does run out, a quick 10-minute charge in the case will add up to 2 hours of play time.
