Best of both worlds

Exactly what I was looking for. Coming from the Pixel Buds Pro I loved their transparency mode , hearing both the music and surrounding was important. Their flaw is they would not stay in my ears consistently. The Bose Ultra Open Ear works perfectly, stays in my ears and sound great.

Open earbuds

I bought the deep plum ones for my birthday. The color is yummy. Then I used them. I had to tweak the placement on my right ear to make sure it was in line with the one in my left ear. I tried the stereo option for music. I didn't like it, so I tried the immersion sound. Wow. The music sounded as though I had my UltraComfort headphones on. Every time I moved my head, the music didn't fade out. I could hear all the instruments and the lead singer with no issues.

Best Earbuds Ever!

To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect with these open earbuds, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I love that they are not in my ears. They are not noise cancelling but the sound is powerful! Best purchase! I love love these earbuds!!

I bought these earbuds for my sons for the Holidays and they just LOVED them. My one son's girlfriend liked them so much she got a set. So when this new color (plum) came out I had to get me some! The sound quality is fabulous and they are so comfortable!

Great sound, while still being aware.

I've had these for a week and they work great to still be able to hear surroundings and hear the music. They work really well for background sound at work. Don't have to worry about them falling out/off my ears. Love them!

Very disappointed with this product

I purchased these earbuds drawn by their sleek and modern design, which is indeed quite attractive. However, the user experience has been incredibly frustrating. It's nearly impossible to hold a clear conversation, join a meeting, or record a voice message without issues. The microphone quality is poor, and the noise cancellation doesn’t make up for the overall lackluster performance on calls.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying them without doing much research… and to make matters worse, I bought not just one but two pairs. Honestly, this product is nowhere near the quality standard one expects from a brand like BOSE. If I could, I would definitely return them. I wouldn’t recommend it

They are amazing. They don’t hurt my ears and they don’t fall out of my ears. That is a problem I have had with other ear buds. I love the color also.
