Great Design, poor connection issues.

Everything about the sound, the design, and all of the features is spot on! I am however very disappointed because these will not connect to my Samsung TV! I will admit, the TV is a 2016 model...bur, ALL of my other earbuds, headphones, connect but not these. I am trying to decide if I will keep, or return

These earbuds aren't primarily designed to be connected to a TV, however they should connect if your TV supports Bluetooth 5.3 (backwards-compatible). If you have access to a newer TV, you could run a test there as well, to compare results. Our support team will be happy to answer any further questions you have about your earbuds. I absolutely love these open ear buds, been waiting for something like this for a long time. It’s great for all day listening for EVERYTHING without being interrupted or distracted or rude. You can’t feel them, there is no ear annoyances with my ears tired due to being plugged up with those ear covers or earrings or glasses. they sound incredible perfect for me listening both low or higher volume . I love how you can position them too for a different sound. Great for phone calls best birthday gift to myself ever. Case is beautiful too

I have been wearing these earbuds for a month now and I have had a positive experience. I can listen to my music and hear what’s going on around me. When I talk, it is clear from both ends. You cannot hear background noises. They are comfortable to wear and hold the charge for hours.
