I bought these months ago and have worked well. The sound is still great. The only complaint I have is the way fit my ear lobes. There’s got to be a better way to get them to stay put.

Got these as a gift so I had to give them a try, I probably wouldn’t have made the purchase on my own.
The pods don’t really fit my ear that well so the sound is low, even when at full volume. They stay attached to my ear well enough when working out and running but I guess due to the design the majority of the sound misses my ear canal and I hear all the surrounding sounds with some music mixed in. It seems like they’re too short. Would be cool if they had an adjustment to fit all war types. It would be a good idea to have a for test first to see if these are a good fit for you.
They charge easy enough. They hold a charge very well and sync with the app for easy updates.

love them wish the volume could go up a little higher. atheyre great headphones if ur in a quieter area but if ur trying to wear them in the gym or something the volume will be too low.

Sleek, comfortable and great quality

I have real trouble with regular ear buds, they hurt my ears a lot and are uncomfortable, I purchased these Bose open ear buds and they are absolutely perfect, beautiful and slick, love the colour, the feel and they are so light and gentle on my ear. The quality is fantastic … just love love love them .. made for me.com

Love, and would love bug fixes

I love these, but there are some issues I hope will be fixed in the near future. One issue I have found quite annoying is when I call someone or receive a call and I use my ultra opens, it takes a second before I can hear the other person. I do not have this issue with Apple AirPods or just using my speaker on my phone. Another issue I have found (currently experiencing) is one side will work and the other will not. I tend to just give up after a while. I tried having them connected to two devices but experienced connectivity issues, and those issues were resolved once I turned the multiple device option off. I do also find that during calls the sound is not as clear as I would like. For example, my coworker has a deep voice, and sometimes it’s very difficult to understand what he’s saying through the ultra opens. I do love them, but they do have their flaws, as all products do.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues. Since it takes a second before you can hear the other person, have you tried pairing your earbuds to a different Bluetooth device, to see if the issue also comes up there?
If experiencing multipoint issues, and if one earbud is working but the other isn't, try re-syncing your buds and case. To do this, put both earbuds into the charging case, but keep the lid open. Once the status lights have lit up, close the lid. Once the status lights have gone out, open the lid, remove the right earbud and place it into your ear. The welcome tone should play. Then do the same with the left earbud. If you hear the welcome tone there as well, you can resume using your earbuds.

I have had these for about 10 months. They have incredible battery life, good sound, can hear surrounding sound if you need to. The cons are the quality of sound is not what you get from other Bose earbuds. They are as comfortable as I wanted either.
