The BEST we have ever had

We absolutely LOVE these. We have purchase 4 pair over the past 6 months...for ourselves and two for gifts. The sound is great (always w Bose) but the clip on allows us to work in the yard, house, etc without the fear of losing one or both ear pieces (like we did w other types).

Purchased about 2 months ago, I like the fact that they are not inside my ears but everyone I talk to have trouble hearing me. The microphone feature is not very good.

I bought these two months for walking and hiking the canyon trails also nice to be able to hear the surroundings, cars,people on bikes ect

Just had to replace my second pair of these for the same issue - after a couple of months of use, the left earbud stops taking a charge. Easy returns process, but this is really disappointing. When they work, I love the product.

I bought this headset about 15 days ago. I do not recommend it. Those who use Uber should never buy it because it constantly interrupts the sound while navigating.The headset works fine only when listening to music, the phone call is 10 out of 10, the sound goes low and intermittent to the other party.

GREAT all around, except wish that the battery life was more better…. feel like I get 4 hrs too w/ these…can’t make through a whole shift of 8hrs of work

I have a good opinion of the Bose brand and I have many of its products, which is why I consider myself a loyal customer. Unfortunately, with the Bose Open Earbuds Ultra, the quality does not seem the best to me, which is why I requested an exchange. I hope that the replacement works at 100% of its great quality.
