Genius earbuds

These fit amazingly. They never fall out of my ears because obviously it clamps onto the ridge of your ear. The sound is great. They get more than loud enough. I really like Bose products and this was no exception. Of course it was pretty expensive, but this is the first earbud that I can alternate with my AirPods depending on the environment I’ll be in. And they look so much more high tech than AirPods

Another great pair of headphones from Bose. Excellent audio quality. Extreme comfort. Switching automatically between music that I am listening to to a telephone call then back to what I was listening to should be much easier in 2024.

Great but with one caveat

Let me start by saying, I'm a fan of Bose products and have had everything from multiple generations of headphones, soundbar, home theater, standalone all-in-one, and even two pairs of glasses. I know Bose to produce quality stuff and was excited to try these. I purchased on day one and there are some good and bad things.
First the good - they fit great and exactly what I need. I hate things in my ear and the comfort of these is perfect. They also don't move or slip at all... a great physical design. They also have good sound quality that I can hear well but of course because they are open, ambient noise can impact listening. That said, the sound quality is what I'd expect from Bose. In addition, there are nice features like multi-device paring (which came through in an update) and also the ability to do cool things with audio perception as you move around. These are my favorite ear buds by far.
However, there is one bad and it's a big one - the call quality. Everyone says they can't understand me with these things... it doesn't matter if it's a standard call or an online meeting, they all say it's pretty bad and ask me to stop using them (which is embarrassing for sure). It's so bad that I end up having to carry around a second set of ear buds for when I want to do a call. I've used both Airpods and Meta Ray-Ban glasses and people say I sound fine with those... so something about the microphone on these is not up to par.
All said, I am happy with my purchase overall as the majority of my use is for listening to music or podcasts while walking. I like being able to still hear what's going on around me and never have a problem with the fit, sweat or anything else you'd experince with in-ear earbuds. I am hoping they can fix the microphone in an update or perhaps a future generation. If you don't plan on using these extensively for call, I'd highly recommend them.

So far so good!

So far so good. The volume is a little quiet which is expected but quieter than I thought. Wearing them on an airplane is a struggle because the plane is a bit too loud. They stay on great and comfortable to wear. The battery life is great. Talking on the phone is super clear. The case is a pretty cheap and flimsy.

Don’t hurt your ears!

I bought these a couple months ago. They fit great and do not hurt my ears at all, which is fantastic. They also stay in your ears, even during exercise. The sound is great. I gave 3 stars because they have connectivity issues where only one will connect and I’ll have to forget the device to connect both. Also, having a phone conversation on them is near impossible because people can not hear you. For the price I was hoping they’d be much better in those departments. But for music and music only, they’re great.
