A Great Priduct

Using them for the past 02 months. Audio quality is excellent, the fit gets a few days to get used to,after that it is extremely comfortable. Good battery backup and smooth transitions for various connections. A must have for people who want to remain aware of their surroundings while using the earbuds .

Mediocre at Best for these ear bulbs

Bought this now for 6 months now. The bulbs are very comfortable to wear all day. There are some nice features that I like example multiple devices connected. The app let you change the beat to your liking. The bad things: you can’t hear anything if your in a noisy place, battery needs to last longer per charge, if your only wearing one bulb to answer a phone call they can’t hear you. Also they make you buy separately a wireless charging case which is a little bit to much. Overall Bose is a brand I expected better quality at that premium price but instead it is mediocre at best for these ear bulbs.

Love them with one issue

My wife bought these awesome little headphones for me shortly after I first heard about them. I love them and use them very often. If I have one issue with them, it is that they are a little tight on the helix of my ear, no matter how high or low I place it. The sound is great and the battery life is amazing.

Decent open ear buds but lots of cons

Pros
• Super lightweight to wear.
• Easy to attach to your ear and adjust.
• It does not fall out even when shaking my head.
• Easy to connect and install/bluetooth.
• Super comfortable to wear, I have small ears and I hate the feeling of earbuds inside my ears

Cons
• With various apps, the sound isn’t the same. So when you connect and listen to something on Instagram versus music, it may be too low but once switching to another app or game, it is way too high. Inconsistencies here.
• With phone conversations, it sounds okay nothing crazy quality wise as it sounds a little muffled sometimes.
• Not a big deal for me, but this is not noise canceling though it has immersive audio you can turn on/off, motion so if you run and turn your head it will “follow” you, or if you sit still audio stays in place.
• When switching apps, the sound doesn’t connect immediately and takes some time to connect and pull in sound.
• For competitive ear buds like Air Pods, this does not come with a wireless charging case. For the price, it should automatically and not for another $100. Apple comes with the wireless charging case, not sure why Bose didn’t.
