Great sound but nasty problems.

Spectacular sound quality. However does not work with multiple BT connections. Even when Multipoint is disabled, Open Earbuds randomly drop one source and connect to another. I finally had to delete connections and just connect to a single device (android phone). Another annoying issue is noticeable time lag for audio to be heard. This makes it impossible to use any app where audio stops and starts - can't use Babel. So I just use them for music and podcasts.

Love the Open-ness. Fit is very comfortable. The sound for calls is a little low. Will perhaps get used to it with more usage.

Love the sound quality and how the bass sounds. The only thing about it is that when having the earphone in my ear for a long period the back side of it hurts my ear.

Perfect earbuds for my use case.

I've had my Bose Ultra Open earbuds for several months now and use them mainly for listening to music during my early morning exercise walks. Also use them with my iPhone for phone calls. Before buying these, I switched between Airpods Pro and Bose QuietComfort earbuds. The open earbuds are the best I've ever used for my walks. The sound quality is excellent, clearly up to Bose standards, and the ability to hear approaching traffic has been a lifesaver.

I think they need an update. Sometimes they go crazy and you can't hear the phone conversation or disconnect when you stop using it.

Almost perfect but with a few flaws

These open earbuds are a near-perfect combination of comfort, sound quality and sleek design. Although it feels almost non-existent in my ears, sometimes I can feel a little bit uncomfortable vibration caused by the bass on my earlobes.
The minimalistic case is easy to carry around but missing wireless charge feature is a little bit down.
The connection usually is the big problem with these. I sometimes can hear the cracking noise and get tired of inconsistent connection.
Audio call function is not so natural, and people from other line often cannot hear the conversation properly.

I have been using these for a few months now and for an environment where you need to hear your surroundings these are fantastic.
Two or three times better than air pods which is what I was using before these, both in sound and comfort.
