Great sound for music, not great for phone calls!

I’ve had my Bose Open Earbuds for about two weeks now and I do like them. The sound is very good as far as music or listening to a book. The only issue I have with them is the phone sound quality for the people that I’m talking to. They always ask me to repeat what I’ve said because they can’t hear me very well. If you could improve on this I would gladly give 5 stars!!

Best Ear Buds ever! I was wearing ear phones with a cord until my husband surprised me with these. So great for the gym and running. I told my boss how much I loved them and he purchased a pair also.

I’ve owned for 3 days now. Battery life got me through the workday easy. 7.5-8.0 hrs on stereo mode at a medium volume without problem. Immersive with auto-volume got me from start to lunch (about 4.5 hrs) a quick 30 minute charge while I grubbed got me til shifts end.

Not for everyone, but great for the right person!

These headphones are not for everyone but they def have a niche audience and I am happy to be in that group. I love how comfortable they feel and I don’t get ear fatigue like I do with traditional in ear wireless ear buds. I never ever worry about them falling out of my ears and I use them on my 1.5 hour commute on public transit everyday. It’s this commute why I love this style in particular. I can still hear what’s going on around me, which when commuting is very important to me. I’m lost in my music, podcast, etc but if I need to I hear enough around me. Def 5 stars for me. But can understand they aren’t ideal for those who want to drown out all the sounds around them. Love these!

I have owned these for a while now (>6months) and I like them more than before.
I want to say after a few software updates, people are understanding and hearing me better in & outdoors.
The comfort has always been great, when wearing them.
The software does not show the charge left on the case, and you will need to practice with the buttons to configure them to do shortcut items.
Overall I would recommend them especially if you can get them on sale.
Oh need a way to read incoming text messages, would put this over the top.

Sound quality is poor while talking on the phone. People on the other end can barely hear me regardless of positioning of earbuds. On the plus side sound quality is good while listening to music.

The only reason I don’t give this 5 stars is that the phone calls most times on the other end they can’t hear me all the time it’s muffled. But everything else is great. Please please please make an update on that part.
