Great but switching to other devices could be bet

The product is great, but the switching from one device to another can be frustrating and better. The case should have come with a wireless charger rather than having to spend more money on a wireless charging case cover.

Positives are that they’re super comfortable. You often forget you have them in. Great for maintaining situational awareness. Sound quality is very good.
Negatives are that call quality is abysmal. I literally can’t use them for calls. And, battery life is less than expected.

Many pluses, one gripe.

Overall happy with the comfort and audio. My one gripe would be that the microphone quality could be better. Many times people/customer's can't hear me well enough so I have to turn the Bluetooth off.

I thought we would be a ‘match made in heaven’
Unfortunately the fit left a lot to be desired in comfort for my ears, this causing the AMAZING Bose sound
for my music and phone call clarity suffered… possibly do to poor fit

Love the look and the sound

I had these for just about 2 months. I wear them to the gym a few times a week. I also wear them on the tennis court for tennis clinics as well as during social tennis match play. I love the immersive sound. They are great. I can talk to other people around me and I can also hear everything going on around me clearly. The sound quality is great. They stay in place while Im running all over the court and are very comfortable. The only negative I have found is they do not to work well when I am walking along a road with traffic going bye and I am trying to have a phone conversation. It is impossible to do so.., no matter how far I turned up the sound I could not hear the person on the other end. I had to go back to using my Apple EarPods when I walk outside. Everywhere else I have used them they have been great!

Was given the open earbuds as a gift. Love the sound quality! Don’t like it that you can’t make a phone call from them. You can only answer a call.

Independently just not loud enough. I feel if the speaker was closer to the ear canal they would be better. They really don’t stand out.

About 3 months in, I absolutely love these earbuds. I do wish call quality was a bit better and volume as well, but they do what I need them to do for the most part.
