Great audio, but poor phone call quality

The audio quality is too notch. If you want to listen to music yet still hear the world around you, they are great!
As for phone calls, they are very bad. People always complain that they cannot hear me. If this is fixed, I would easily give these 5 stars.

Just Ok for the $$$$

The biggest pro about these is the comfort and the open air, I did have to adjust to not having noise cancellation as I would strategically use this feature on other ear pods (loud traffic, crowds). The sound is also pretty good for open ear. But I have had mine for five months and they are already crackling and the pause button feature doesn’t respond consistently so that’s a bummer. And then when you do pause I have had multiple occasions where they disconnect from my Garmin. Not sure what that is all about. Maybe the next generations will improve in these areas.

I love the concept and all it does help with ear fatigue but my issue is people can hear my conversations on any mode. Even lower volume. Also at times it's hard to hear the person talking. I'm still on the fence of switching back to my old set.

Almost perfect

I really love these earbuds and the sound quality and comfort are great. However, I wish a few things could possibly be updated/fixed with some updates. First off, there is no way to tell how much charge is left on the case, that would be a great improvement so that I can know when it needs a charge. Also, the call quality is not great. The person on the other side seems to always hear an echo, some sort of tuning and voice seperation update like the airpod pros just received would be great. If those two things were updated/tweaked these earbuds would be perfect.

After some updates, great concept and sound. Bass could be higher, but can be adjusted a bit with equalizers. Have enjoyed so far and easy to use. Volume could also be higher, but still good.

Poor volume, to low

Volume is to low, for both receiver and transmitter. Phone calls barley picks up my voice. I am not heard clearly on other end of phone call. In public the receiver is to low in hearing voice calls, listening to podcast and talk radio.
In my house the music sounds fantastic, however it’s at the highest volume level.
I’ve played w the various headphone settings, EQ, etc to raise the volume so I could use outdoors. Inside the cabin of a car, plane and gym cannot use, to low... in a public gym it’s useless due to the surrounding gym noise.

What I’ve been looking for.

Got these several months ago. I don’t like ear buds that go into my ear canal. They don’t stay and if the do they hurt after awhile. The Bose Open Ear is what I’ve been looking for. The Bose Open Ear are very comfortable. I can even sleep in them and listen to meditation music to help me go to sleep without disturbing try wife. Also great for music and audio books while out walking or exercising. They stay in and you can still hear surrounding noises. So they are not noise canceling. Using them for talking on phone is hit or miss. Need to be in a quieter area and even then sometimes you have to put them back in the case and then back into your ears for other person to hear you well. I like them for what they are and the comfort. Your music listening quality is good but your can still hear outside noises (unless you turn up volume super loud). Wish I could swim with them. Enjoy!
